Introduction
Our aim of developing an action plan is mainly to prepare ourselves for the project
paper of this course. Aside of that, an action plan aids to improve the efficiency of group
work distribution as well as to increase member productivity within a given period of time.
Our action plan also helps us gauge the time required to complete a certain task, thus
allowing us to complete the entire project before the allocated date of submission. The
preparation of an action plan also assists our group leader to monitor the on-going progress of
the group members and asses the position of the group if we are within the right pace.
Besides that, an action plan clearly shows the specific tasks allocated to each member
providing a systematic order of work division enabling a well-organized task completion.
