What do u usually do in your free time?/ what is your favourite pastime and hobby?
Reading book: an avid reader. I spend much more time catching up on v_ing ..In my view, its
important to spend time productively
Use time for a particular thing: Spend doing sth/ on,in doing sth
Music: classical music: it puts me in a good mood
Photography, esp landscape photos. Its great fun
Crossword puzzles: mental activities help sharpen memory
Cooking: just took a cooking class two years ago
Computers: all my friends say that Im a real mouse potato (nghin my tnh), perhaps I am.
But u can call me a movie buff too. I spend lots of time surfing the internet looking for film
reviews.
Travelling: have itchy feet/ a bird of passage; just want to travel to different places. U can
always learn a lot when travelling.
Go camping: with my friends if the spirit moves me (nu ti thy c hng). my favorite
camping destination is an area which is amazingly lush and green, u know, camping allows me to
get away from stress and preoccupations or even daily grind (mt nhc hng ngy)
Go walking: I love anything that being active and being outdoors. I usually go walking in my
spare time. I think walking is a great way to decrease daily stress.
Outdoor activities: Im a bird of passage! A real outdoor type. I never ever stay indoors. I
usually spend my free time outside enjoying the nature. Sometimes, I do need R&R (rest and
recreation) let my hair down.(th gin)
Gardening: I have a fondness in gardening. To me, gardening is a great way to spend quality
timeuhm.develop patience and relieve stress. It also gives me physical exercise, and I
feel rejuvenated while gaderning.
Gym: a real fitness freak ( 1 ng bit gi vc dng), go to the gym to work out almost everyday.
Do different things of exercise. It refreshes my body and mind.
Work out everyday for a couple of hours to keep fit and .erkeep my spirit up.
Go running with friends on alternate days. Its also important to stay physically healthy.
In my spare time, I participate in community service activities. It helps me meet ppl from all
walks of life, thereby helping to develop my interpersonal skills.
DIY activities: Do it yourself: I love repairing, decorating, and things of the same kind.
I think it is a very good hobby for those who want to make the best use of their time.

Coin collection: I collect coins for pleasure. To me coin collecting is great way to learn about
history and culture of other countries.
Collecting stamps: I really take pleasure in collecting stamp. I took up this hobby when I was a
school student.um ..in a word, my stamp collection is my pride and joy. For me, it brings back
lots of good memories.
