In behalf of JOBSGLOBAL.COM EMPLOYMENT SERVICES, INC., I am pleased to
offer you a job as a Recruitment Executive with the following Terms and
Conditions:
1.

Date Of Commencement:

Your date of work commencement is on January 2, 2012, upon acceptance of

employment offer. You are required to report on the stipulated date at 8.00 am at the
designation office addressed at 5th Floor Dominion Building Arnaiz Avenue, Makati
City.
2.

Salary

Your monthly gross salary is P35,000 all inclusive.

Other Benefits

As per Philippine Labour Law

5.

Working hours

The companys official working hours are 10.00am to 8.00pm from Monday to Friday.
Overtime as per company policy.

6.

Probation Period

You will undergo a probationary period of 6 months.

During this six-month period, you will be working on a trial basis and your conversion
to permanent status shall be determined on the basis of satisfactory performance.
The company has the right to terminate your appointment if you fail to comply with
the company policy and performance required.
7.

Non Competitive Clause

7.1 You should not work for a competitive company as per the non competition laws
at least one (1) year from leaving duties, (Note: working in an HR rule in a nonrecruitment or manpower related industry company and not for a client of our
company locally or abroad will not be considered as working for a competitive
company).
7.2 You may not contact any party or any client of or any organization or company
had any business relations with Jobsglobal for personal reasons like applying
for job to those parties or accepting any job offer from those parties for at least
2 years from the date of the official notification of end of duties, and never to
contact those parties for any business reason other than the duties required by
the company by signing this employment offer you accept that any sort of
violation of this item you will be accepting the full financial compensations and
legal liabilities.
8.

Notice Period

You should give a minimum of three months notice period in case of resigning and
do a proper endorsement of duties.
9.

Confidentiality Clause

The terms of this agreement are confidential and may not be divulged to any other
person not associated with this agreement or used by the second party in any
manner that may undermine or compromise the spirit of this agreement.
