Elaprendizajedelinglshapasadoaserunanecesidadenelmundoactual,porqueestrelacionadoconlosnegocios,enviajes,enla
comunicacinatravsdelcorreoelectrnico,
Lacomputadora.Esporesoquemientrasamstempranaedadsecomienceatrabajarla
Habilidaddeexpresarunalenguaextranjera,msseavanzayelaprendizajesehacemsfluido.
Elpresenteplanestelaboradotomandoencuentalasnecesidadesbsicasdeconocimientos,
Inquietudeseinteresesdelosestudiantes.Elobjetofundamentaldelplanesdeconseguirunaprendizajequepermitelaprcticayelusofluido
delingls.

Laenseanzadelalenguaextranjera,enelSistemaEducativoBolivianosedaporqueenlaNuevaLeydeReformaEducativaensuartculo7
establecequelaenseanzadelalenguaextranjeraseiniciaenformagradualyobligatoriadesdelosprimerosaosdeescolaridad,con
metodologapertinenteypersonalespecializado,continuandoentodoslosnivelesdelsistemaeducativoplurinacional.
Esporelloquelaenseanzadelainglecomolenguaextranjeraselaconsideraimportanteenelnivelprimariodelsistemaeducativode
Cochabamba,yaqueatravsdelaenseanzadeestalenguasefacilitaraalosestudiantesunconocimientoyunafamiliarizacinconunacultura
yunalenguamuyinfluyenteendiversosmbitos.
