The implementation ofthese activites is documented in the Field QC Manual Design Quality and Best Pracioes are described in PL1O1, Projact Quality Plan 4.2 Quality Objectives ‘The main qualty ajectves for the Skkda LNG New Train Projct are to ceaure that ‘+ Aquaty management system is developed and implemented in ‘accordance with KBR's ISO 8001 cerfied quality program and the contract requirements ‘+ Project quality requcements shall be identfed and implemented by KBR ‘and their subcontractors in accordance withthe contract scope of work, ‘+ AIKBR and Subcontractors’ personne! working onthe Project are ‘qualified to perform their duties, given clear deintion of he ‘esponsiiies and are fuly acquainted with the speci Project quality requirements “+ Allproducts and services supplied by KBR, the Subcontractors, or tel ‘Suppliers conform to spectied and regulatory requirements, drawings and ‘specications. + Errors and deficiencies re minimized through aus, suvellances, prevention, tmely detection and resolution 4.3 Implementation ofthe Feld Quality Control Pian Each member ofthe Construction Management Team (CMT) is authorized to intiate or recommend solutions to quality problems.
