TABOO GAME

Taboo game is one of word game. It is interesting group game to

play in classroom. These taboo words series are about
occupation, public service, space, animals, fruits, some noun
and some adjectives. You may make by your own need.
The rules:
1. Divide the class into groups of three or four.
2. Ask them to choose the representative to give the clues to
guess.
3. Give them 10 cards for one session-5 minutes (you can

have different number of cards and the time).

4. Explain them that there are four words in a card. The

person who gives the clue is asked to direct his/her friends

to guess the top word in shaded part, but he/she is
forbidden to say the three words under. He/she can move
parts of body but it is just three chances of each word.
5. The other team can guess the word but at the end of the
session, so make sure the representative doesnt mention
the word before the other group try to guess. Then the
other group gets the score.
6. The winner is the group that has the highest score at the
end of the game.
