WOW Concert King contest Official Rules

1. This contest and all KLNC-105.3 WOW-FM prize giveaways are open to everyone except employees of

NRG Media, their affiliates, subsidiaries, participating sponsors and their advertising and promotion
agencies, all other Lincoln radio station employees, and their immediate family members and/or those living
in the same household of each.
2. All contestants must be at least 18 years of age or older to qualify.
3. Drawing for the grand prizes and secondary prizes will be held at a location to be determined Tuesday May

5th, 2015. Qualifiers must be present or have a proxy present to win the prizes.
4. WOW-FM Concert King will feature 1 Grand Prize and 21 consolation concert packs:

A) Concert King Grand Prize = tickets to all the WOW-FM promoted concerts through December 31st
2015. (known shows at this time include: Rush, Styx/Loverboy, Doobie Brother/Guess Who, Def
Leppard/Foreigner/Night Ranger & the Stir Concert Cove season pass, with more shows to be added as
they are announced). Minimum value = $2,000.00
B) 21 runner up concert ticket packs = 21 qualifiers will receive a pair of tickets to various WOW-FM
promoted concerts (known shows at this time include: Rush, Styx/Loverboy, Doobie Brother/Guess
Who, Def Leppard/Foreigner/Night Ranger & the Stir Concert Cove season pass, with more shows to be
added as they are announced). Minimum value per pair of tickets = $60
** Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable. No substitution or cash equivalent will be made.
5. 105 total listeners will be qualified between April 13th and May 3rd via the following methods:

A) 64 qualifiers on air with the Concert King sounder played weekdays between 6am and 6pm starting
Monday April 13th thru Friday May 1st (5th & 15th callers to 402-477-1053 when played get qualified)
B) Wednesday WOW Web site qualifiers (on Wednesday April 15th, 22nd & 29th we will draw 5 names
from listeners whove registered on the Concert King contest page at 1053WOW.COM site)
C) Facebook Concert King Thursday post (random drawing of 5 names from Facebook Thursday question
likes/comments on April 16th, 23rd & 30th)
D) Random drawing of 5 qualifiers from members of the WOW Work Force Club on Friday May 1st.
E) 5 qualifiers from the Last Chance Text 2 Qualify weekend (listeners can text in for a chance to qualify
when they hear any live concert song throughout the weekend of May 1st 3rd)
F) Last chance qualifier at the final event location on Tuesday May 5th.
6. Contestants can qualify only one time for the contest.
7. Winners must provide proof of age, photo identification, and a valid taxpayer identification number or

social security number before any prize will be awarded. Station reserves the right to deny awarding the
prize if the winner fails to provide satisfactory identification, as determined in Stations sole discretion. In
addition, winner agrees to execute a tax form and an affidavit of eligibility, indemnification and release of
liability regarding winners participation in the contest and receipt and use of the prize before any prize is
awarded. If a person wins $600 or more worth of prizes within one calendar year, they will receive a 1099
income tax form and are thus responsible for paying taxes on their total prize dollar value.
8. Acceptance of rules gives permission to KLNC- 105.3 WOW-FM to use winners name, voice recording,

photos/video and participation for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless
prohibited by law.
9. By participation in a giveaway and/or promotion, entrants and/or qualifiers agree to be bound by the Official

Rules and the decisions of KLNC-105.3 WOW-FM

10. WOW-FM is not responsible for phone line issues or inability to get through on the phones. In case of

phone issues, (alternate way of qualifying/winning) and all decisions made by KLNC-105.3 WOW-FM are
final.
