Public Convenience and Necessity
Notice is hereby given that Palmetto
Products Pipe Line LLC filed an application with the Georgia Department of
Transportation to obtain a Certificate of
Public Convenience and Necessity. The
certificate would confirm the need for
Palmetto to construct a pipeline to run
from the South Carolina-Georgia state
line to the Georgia-Florida state line. The
pipeline project will involve the following
counties in Georgia: approximately 2
miles in Richmond; 25 miles in Burke; 34
miles in Screven; 39 miles in Effingham;
12 miles in Chatham; 7 miles in Bryan; 18
miles in Liberty; 2 miles in Long; 17
miles in McIntosh; 24 miles in Glynn; 18
miles in Camden; and 12 miles in
Charlton.

The City of Guyton has declared the following item(s) surplus property:

and will dispose of them by sealed bid.
An invitation to bid is available at City
Hall located at 310 Central Boulevard or
on our website at www.cityofguyton.com.
Terms of sale:
1. Cash will be due at closing to the successful bidder(s).
2. The items are sold in as is condition.
3. Each item may be awarded to different
bidders.
4. The City of Guyton shall have the right
to reject any and all bids or to cancel any
proposed sale or to disregard informalities
in the bids received.
5. Bidders must complete the bid package
to have their bid considered.
Complete bid materials must be delivered
to Guyton City Hall at the above address
or received by mail (PO Box 99, Guyton
GA 31312) no later than 4:00 pm local
time on Friday, February 27, 2015 (no
fax or email bids will be accepted). Bids
