The Impromptu life of Jasper Sterling-Nosferatu of San Francisco

I want him to be an established kindred within the city of San Fransisco, i gave him City
Status of 2 which i would like to reflect that he is the go-to guy to see when strange things
happen and no one else can help.
If it's not to out there i would like him to know the ways to get rid of ghosts that are
presented in the back of the Main Core Rulebook. I have also given him a Ordo Dracul Status
of 3 that reflects his independent nature within the group, and i have him set up as
a member of the Dying Light, which is one of the 3 main branches of the Ordo that
specifically handles the study and future progression of the Coils.
I also gave him some really nifty merits that boost his mental acuity and i'll explain\show
those to you when your over. I also gave him the merit of Multi-Lingual to reflect that he has
really taken his studies very far. He knows, to date, Latin, Arabic, Greek, and Chineese.
I have him hunkered down safely in his Haven most times when he is not out on the town
investigating the werid things that go bump in the night. In his at home times he works
diligently to increase his knowledge of the Coils and help other members of the Ordo with
their studies as well. When he's out on the town, he tends to keep as low a profile as
possible.
He's done a few things he regrets in so far as losing himself to the Beast, and also as just a
man he has done some stealing or killing that had to be done to save others, but he still
regrets those desicions and often wonders if another way could of been found had he had
better resources or better knowledge of the situation.
He's fairly old, i gave him a Blood Potency of 2, and i figure he's been undead for around 80
years. Before his death i see him being a rather eccentric loner that was heavy into the
occult and was living off an inheritence from the last of his family that lived in the states.
The rest of his living family can be traced back to the middle east somewhere along the
border of Pakistan and India, or the UK. He is the half breed son of a british military officer
and his wife\mistress from India, they moved back when she became pregnant, but since it
was so scandalous they decided not to return to the UK, but instead settled down as far
away from their homelands as possible and ended up in San Fransisco. His mother died of a
common flu when he was only 12 and his father passed of a heart attack while on a business
trip to Boston when he was in college at age 19. His cultural experiences, his exposure to
intolerance of his mixed pedigree and the support of his affluent father all lead him to
become a learned and independent indvidual that slowly became obsessed with the
mystical. his fasination began with the hindi mythologies and the bhagavad gita. Then later
when his mother passed he found the local legends of spooks and critters to be fascinating
and sought them out and in the process was exposed to the supernatural elements that
lived in the city.
And thus we finally come to his embrace by the scholarly Nosferatu Nicodemus who was well
entrenched in the Ordo Dracul and desperatly wanted a companion and fellow scholar before
he entered torpor. A scant decade after he was embraed, his sire and mentor went to earth
somwhere out in the mountains, swearing to return when his blood had cooled to tolerable
levels once again in about a hundred years or so. After that, Jasper spent the rest of his
Requiem trying to make somthing of himself and building a reputation as the most helpful
and knowledgeable of kindred in the area. Staying out of the mascinations of other kindreds'
political plots seems to be the hardest part of the whole danse macabre thing for him. But

he boldly and proudly struggles on.
