Our Properties
In 1992, after working together during the mid-to-late 80s in Charlotte, North
Carolina, Bob Stearns, Robert Collett, Bill Branstrom and Brad Goodwin established
Sooner Investment Realty, based in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma with their primary focus
on the development of small and large retail shopping centers. Since then Sooner
Investment has fine-tuned the art of researching demographics and strategically
directing land assemblage and is currently responsible for the development, leasing,
and management of retail centers in Oklahoma, Arizona and Florida. With combined
experience, the team members of Sooner Investment have built monumental expertise
and set industry standards by developing, investing, selling, leasing, and managing all
types of retail shopping centers and investment properties.
The Sooner Investment brokerage team connects with clients in important ways.
