Participating delegates are encouraged and advised to purchase
their personal travel insurance. The organiser will not be held liable

(AOS 2012) had appointed and authorised Corporate IT Solutions Pte
Ltd to collect and process payment for AOS 2012 registration.
CANCELLATIONS
For cancellations received in writing prior to January, 31, 2012 the
paid registration fee will be returned less 25% administration fee. No
refund will be issued after the specified date. Reimbursement will be
forwarded 60 days after the congress.

IMPORTANT
Registration forms without payment will not be processed. For administrative reasons registration forms received after 1 April 2012 will not be
processed. Delegates will have to register on site during the official registration opening hours. The congress organisers accept no liability for
registration payment lost in mail.
