DEPSITO: Los seres humanos. No hay reservorio zoontico reconocido, sin embargo, se
sospecha que los cerdos como fuente de nuevos subtipos humanos (Nota 1). Adems, los
anticuerpos de la gripe B y C virus han sido detectados en caballos y perros (Nota 1), y la
infeccin de gripe B ha sido documentado en focas (Nota 1, nota 8, la nota 9), que se
promociona como un reservorio potencial de la influenza B (nota 9).
VECTORES: Ninguno.
PROFILAXIS: Las vacunas que protegen contra la influenza B estn disponibles (nota 15,
nota 16), sin embargo, las drogas quimioprofilaxis no debe ser pasado por alto en el
control o prevencin de la influenza. La profilaxis antiviral debe iniciarse dentro de los 3
das de la enfermedad detectada de los casos ndice para ser eficaz en la transmisin de
la desaceleracin (Nota 23). Los frmacos disponibles para la profilaxis son los
inhibidores de la neuraminidasa, zanamivir y oseltamivir (nota 15, nota 16).
DERRAMES: Permita que se asiente y aerosoles, usar ropa protectora, suavemente cubrir
el derrame con toallas de papel y aplicar el 1% de hipoclorito de sodio, a partir del
