Honorable Representative,

Please vote NO on HB3475 and stop the National Popular Vote.

These are the problems with this bill:
1. IT ENCOURAGES VOTER FRAUD. In the case Oregon's vote is close, all another state
i.e. Ill has to do is crank out a few more ballots to change the votes in Oregon. We will have
ZERO standing to object to their fraud.
2. NON CITIZENS ARE VOTING AND CHANGING ELECTION RESULTS. Right now 12
states are giving Driver's license to illegal aliens. A separate Harvard study shows that some
non citizens are voting. North Carolina showed that it made a difference in their vote for the
President.
The President has decided to give Illegal aliens Social Security numbers, documentation that
allows them to register to vote.
Please see the testimony by Secretary of States Jon Husted and Kris Kobach as they testified
before Congress on the problem of Illegal aliens who register to vote.
Part 2 of the following video will get you to their
testimony: http://oversight.house.gov/hearing/presidents-executive-actions-immigrationimpact-federal-state-elections/ At 36 minutes on part 2, Hons von Spakovsky talked about
illegal votes changing the electoral vote for some states.
The Justice Department is denying Secretary of States access to data that would help them
clean up their voter rolls. Secretaries Kobach and Hustead state that because these
undocumented workers are getting driver's licenses and social security numbers they are
able to register to vote. Once that is done, it is virtually impossible to remove them from the
system.
Also referenced in their testimony was an ongoing study by Harvard University which
shows that number of illegals are registering and enough vote to change the
outcome of our elections. "How many non-citizens participate in U.S.
elections? More than 14 percent of non-citizens in both the 2008 and 2010
samples indicated that they were registered to vote. Furthermore, some of these
non-citizens voted. Our best guess, based upon extrapolations from the portion of
the sample with a verified vote, is that 6.4 percent of non-citizens voted in 2008
and 2.2 percent of non-citizens voted in 2010."

3.CONGRESS CAN NOT RESTRICT THE NEXT CONGRESS FROM ACTION. The National
Popular Vote states that it restricts future actions of Legislature to opt out of the process.
That factor alone will keep Americas election results in court for who knows how long. That
National Popular Vote compact will cause great disturbance of the peace, litigation at the
time our government is most vulnerable: The changing of our leadership.
How can citizens accept a vote with this kind of abuse in it?
Please Vote NO on HB3475
