Job Description:
End to end of recruitment
Screening candidates based on communication, reasons for leaving previous company,
previous experience, knowledge of his role, interest in joining our company
If shortlisted interviews are scheduled based on location either telephonic, Video
conference or in person if currently in Bangalore
If candidates are selected after telecom they will be called to Bangalore and further rounds
are scheduled
Travel reimbursement of candidates who have travelled to Bangalore is done once
candidates send the scanned copies of the flight fare, or any other travel expenses. Once
received the amounts are checked, calculated, signed and sent to the accounting
Once we receive the coder we approve the invoice and send it to the higher manager for
approval. Once approved the accounting services department will deposit the amount to
the candidate.
We have a software called TAM (Talent Acquisition Management) in which all the feedback
of each candidate is updated so that anyone can access and check the status of any
particular candidate at anytime.
Once a candidate is rejected we update the feedback, panels and reject the candidate on
TAM

If a candidate is selected after a number of rounds we proceed to offer.


Vendor billing is the amount that we pay an agency if the candidate has come through an
agency and is selected. The amount is calculated based on who the vendor is, percentage
amount to be received based on the level selected, and the CTC offered to candidate.
Once amount is finalized we send the invoice to the vendors who send this to the
accounting services department who in turn sends a coder to us to finalize and get
approved by higher managers and the amount is paid out once approved by the accounting
services team.
We coordinate with top level management like VP, managing directors to schedule
interviews and need to maintain good relationship with all of them for the interviews to be
scheduled based on their availability and candidates preference.
Once the candidate finalizes on the offer sent as draft we print the final hard copy of the
offer letter and get it signed by the head of recruitment and hand it over to the candidate
If a candidate is finalized we need to initiate their background verification process. We ask
the candidate for all educational, past experience letters, bonus letters, relieving letter, and
also an online for of personal details to be filled.
Once the documents are received we send it to the background verification team to initiate
the process
Constant follow ups with the candidate to complete the forms and send the documents and
also follow ups with the BGC team to check the progress and status of the candidate. Once
the candidate has been preliminarily approved we finalize on the date of joining of the
candidate.
