Disposal documents
You create a new disposal document in the disposal document module or you change an existing
disposal document (transaction WAM01 or WAM02). When you enter waste materials, you use
waste materials that have been assigned one or more waste codes using a specification. If you now
change a waste material that has already been entered by changing the material name directly
without deleting the complete row for the waste item, the waste code assignment for the new waste
material may be incorrect.

The following problems may occur:

Waste codes that are not valid for the new waste material are retained from the previous

waste material.
Waste codes that were also valid for the previous waste material may be assigned several
times.

Not all waste codes that are relevant according to the specification may be assigned to the
new waste material.

Solution

These corrections correct the above problem regarding the waste code assignment to a waste
material in the disposal document.
The "Reference to Support Packages" section specifies the Support Packages that contain the
corrections.
Alternatively, you can implement the attached correction instructions.
