Students are also encouraged to undertake additional research work that would enhance their skills.

Career counseling along with subject is given, so as to make the students have a focus.

Problems and Challenges Faced:
There are problems during duplication of the Handouts and procurement of Materials. If this is solved we could achieve our
mission.
An office assistant need to be appointed for the department, who assist the Faculties in procuring the materials from stores and
other associated works.
Proposals for all the small works are discouraging and some needs to approved based on oral discussion.

This is the Quarterly report of the Individual operational plan performance report, submitted on the basis of the work carried out from
beginning of the semester and some activities from the time of preparation of the Plan. This helps in identifying the progress and
making necessary corrective measures.
This is the best step taken to make the mission and vision of DDIT a reality.
