The MRR achieved by copper-graphite in micro
drilling is about 77% higher than that of
tungsten. This may be due to the material effect
or it may be due to the easier debris removal in
the case of copper-graphite, as discussed in the
previous section. To clear this ambiguity, it was
decided to machine shallow micro slots using
