Reply Favorite Flag as abusive Posted 09:22 AM on 1/25/2010 Barack Obama Google Ben Bernanke
. Geithner has consistently showed not only that he is a completely incompetent regulator but he is
also clearly in bed with wallstreet. Bernanke has consistently advocated FOR keeping all these
banks too big to fail (as does geithner.) These two are a joke and obama's strong support of Video Fashion Week Terrorism
bernanke only underlines how he failed to use that same power that all presidents have to keep the
public option into the healthcare bill. Where was that strong stance when the public option was on its MORE BIG NEWS PAGES »
last legs? Obama's constant talk about taking it to wallstreet is horribly contradictory to his backing of
bernanke. Sure we can blame the republicans and ignore obama's role in reform or lack thereof but
doing so would be a disservice to him and us.
Ed Schultz is my Fav. of all time. I just know when right-right wing, Comcast, gobbles up
MSNBC, then Ed, Keith and Rachel will be shown the door from the get-go. Comcast will
then compeat to the far right of the Fake News Channel.
Thank You!
Ed Schultz is focusing on the small picture when he should be looking at the big one. If he does not
wake up he is going to be feeling very foolish in the near future. I think those who follow him need to
remember what the last eight years did to this country and stop trying to believe that any President
could have cured all our ills in just one year. The American people are going to be digging their way
out of the Bush recession for a long time to come. Republicans are now painting themselves as the
fiscal conservatives and the ones who want to protect the national debt but it was they that handed
Obama a colossal pile of, well you can fill in the blank. How quickly we forget and how easily we allow
ourselves to be swayed.
Thank you!
You obviously don't watch Ed's show. Ed says that he still supports Obama, but he is exactly
right. Obama is conceding way too much ground to Dems and Republicans who are acting
in an obstructive manner because they are protecting big business and not doing the work
of the people. Listen, one thing I like about being a Democrat is that we are not a group who
blindly follows our leaders over cliffs.
We all know what the Republicans have done to this country over the last 8 years. We
witnessed it and are still feeling the pain. But Obama is not fixing the problem by cowtowing
to the right. He's making it worse and I'm glad to see people like Ed tell the Obama
administration the way it is. Otherwise it would be too easy for them to pretend as if the
progressives and liberals who helped him get elected didn't exist. I think you are the one not
seeing the big picture.
Wow, does MSNBC need another reason to fire this guy? What a hack.

Why would you fire someone that has the integrity to tell the truth?
J54: Run, don't walk to the Murdock Fake News Channel. It is a perfect haven for
you and your ideas, 24/7.
Why do you care if MSNBC fires Ed ? It is painfully obvious you watch FOX NEWS.
It's Reid's fault. Also Pelosi's to a great extent. Bills get passed in the House and Senate. Read a
civics book. Obama should certainly lead more, but when Reid can't get a bill passed because he
doesn't want to do what Frist did all the time, reconciliation, because he doesn't know how to kick a**
on Senators like Nelson and Lieberman by threatening to ruin their state's economies (Conn. makes
subs and Nebraska is beholden to farm subsidies), and because he's the biggest wimp to ever take
a Senate leadership posistion, how does any Progressive Dem think that any bill protecting the
working class is going to pass?
absolutely, Reid couldn't even figure out last week if he was going to vote Bernanke in or out.
I don't think there's even been a majority leader as indecisive and spineless as Reid.
Ed is right, Gibbs, Jarrett and Axelrod are all full of sh*t, Obama should get rid of all three of them.
The Republicans have mastered the narrative of misinformation, distortion and deception, heck
Brown even stole the 'Kennedy'(Jack) narrative away from the Democrats.
listening to the robotic style of Valerie Jarret and the forever stumbling-stuttering Axelrod(who can't
utter a 5 word sentence w/o interjecting a gazillion uh's/ah's) was excruciatingly painful to watch, they
both went back to the same talking points from the 2008 campaign and the same ol' tired finger-
pointing, "remember we were losing 700,000 jobs now were down to 80,000...yada,yada,yada".
no one relates to these two or mealy-mouth Gibbs, they have absolutely NO MESSAGE. Obama has
surrounded himself with his 'Chicago friends' and he wonders why he is where he is today and his
base/Independents are leaving him in droves...that's what Ed Schultz is trying knock into their heads.
Obama should replace Gibbs with Kofinis or O'Donnell, Axelrod with Gergen, Jarrett with Rachel
Maddow.
You make it sound as if Obama is the victim in all this. He hired them.
At the very least, he is not a very good judge of character.
Ha, an American trying to help another American out! REAL Americans would NEVER help each other.
Yeah ask the people of New Jersey and Virginia, Ma. how things are working out for them
say six months down the road let me be the first to know about the jobs and taxes i hope
there life will be better but i doubt it!

Obama in charge for a year. The very same can be stated about him
Are you saying nothing has been accomplished in the past year?
It is hilarious watching Dems and Progressives beating the c rap out of each other after
the Coakley beat down. November is going to be tons of fun
It really could get ugly, but we'll see how the Republicans bear up under their own fractures.
Bush created problems the best and brightest of us can't solve. You're going to
put more Republicans into control? To do what? To do WHAT?
