andincludedover11,000feetofclimbingoverfourmountains(twoofthoseclimbs
ondirt/gravelroads.)Itwaslong.Itwasendless.Itwasphysically(andwillpowery)
harderthananythingIhadeverdone.ButIfinishedit.
AndevenweeksafterwardIgenerallyfeltmoreconfident.Iworriedlessaboutwhat
peoplethoughtofme.Ihaddonesomethinghuge,atleastformeanditliftedme
foralongtime.
That'sbecausewhileconfidencemaybesituational,somedegreeofconfidence
canalsospillover.Whenyoufeelgoodaboutyourselfinonewaywhenyou
