Our NanoTec filter has a thick

Nanofiber coating that is able to
withstand the high pressure during
pulse jet cleaning without
breaking. In addition, the coating
will keep the dust at the surface
and make pulse cleaning more
effective compared to a filter
without such treatment.

2. Improved Efficiency
The MAF NanoTec filter media
offer significantly improved
fractional efficiency over traditional
synthetic media when tested
against AC fine test dust. This
drastically improves the
effectiveness of the filter against
dust penetration.

3. Extended Filter Life

When tested with NaCl particles
(similar to soot), filter media coated
with MAF NanoTec technology
offers a four-fold increase in filter
life. This increases cost efficiency
as the need to constantly replace
filters is reduced.

durable nanofibers that increases
pulse lifetime. This means that the
filters can endure more cycles of
washing as compared to traditional
synthetic media.

requirement of OEM applications.
Unlike common synthetic media,
MAF nanotec coating exhibits
increased media adhesion and
more durable nanofibers. This
