Goal :- 01

1. In my shift not a single theft and pilferage case happened and not came in
notice.
2. In my shift all personals entry in plant, colony and mines bona fide.
3. In my shift vehicle / personals going out from gate ensured proper frisking
and made security of company asset.
Goal :- 02
1. In my shift vehicle came for cement loading / unloading raw material / store
material were parked safely in parking yard , if there was no place to park
more vehicles then managed to park in old parking yard , if necessary then
parked other palace like LPG road also.
2. In my shift after parking vehicle registered at weigh bridge as per their Nos ,
and weigh bridge staffs were instructed time to time for proper registration.
3. In my shift all vehicle were parked in such a way so, when vehicle called for
unloading there no claps or jam.
4. In my shift no traffic jam, due to not allowed vehicles to parked on road or in
between way.
5. Whenever any accident / incident happened, I rushed to palace and taken all
action like first - aid, other helps and informed concerned person.
6. In my shift vehicles were allowed inside plant after checked their document.
(RC, PUC, Insurance, RTO Fitness, driving license etc.)
7. Vehicle driver were instructed to follow proper traffic rule before entry in
plant gate.
8. In my shift driver / helper / labors were allowed after wear proper PPE.
9. In my shift vehicle were allowed after inspection of all 35 safety norms.
Goal :- 03
1. In my shift material which were coming inside / going outside, 100%
physically checked without any laps.
2. In my shift cement vehicle going were checked from watchmen by counting
cement bags as per EGP issued and random weight of cement vehicle and
surprise checking 10% to 15% of cement vehicle.
3. In my shift watchmen / guards were instructed time to time for cement bags
counting of overloading vehicle.
4. In my shift all raw material / coal vehicles were allowed after proper checking
of document and weight without laps.

Goal :- 04
1. I am always ready for any abnormality, whenever any accident / incident
happened I reached on side without loss of time and ensured evacuation of
casualty, proper action, and feed back to concern person, without any fall.
2. Whenever any fire monk drill or any emergency exercise, I reached well
before time.

Goal :- 05
1. I always insist and ensured company watchmen / contactor guards to follow
proper safety rule and company policies, and implemented properly.
2. I always deployed watchmen well in time as per their turn and ensured
proper turn out.
3. Watchmen / contactor guards instructed and given job training time to time
for better implementations of company policy, safety rule, and day to day
work done by them. Without laps.
4. Due to proper working as per system, proper following safety rules no vehicle
accident or injury happened.

Commitment
I worked with my team, to perform and achieved better result and make the working
environment healthy and I propelled transporters and driver to follow safety rules.
