Due to negligence of duties and responsibilities in complying with the Bureau of Internal Revenue
requirement and submittals, we are penalized in 6/25/2012 in the amount of P 5,923.25 and other
penalties of which it should be charge to Mr. Macarthur B. Monsanto.
On item t and item w mark with asterisk, how come there two check issued to Mr. Macarthur B.
Monsanto as salary with the same date of 8/15/2012 and amount?
Also equipment that were imported for Used Oil project shall be charge to Mr. Macarthur B.
Monsanto which up to now have not been used. The amount involved are broken down below:

Regarding the whole used oil plant project, it was totally revised by Mr. Macarthur B. Monsanto
from the original designed of which undersign was involved. The present set-up is very much
different of what I have made way back in year 2009.
Sometime in 2011, in front of Mr. F. Yandoc and Mr. Simeon Gonzaga, Mr. Macarthur B.
Monsanto told the undersign that if I intervene in his proposed revision of the used oil plant he
will not involve himself in commissioning/operation of said plant. I inhibit myself in the
debugging and commissioning of Used Oil Plant and also I can submit to your kind office the
original plans for further comparison which is very different with the existing set up. The above
imported items and its amount shall be personally charge to Mr. Macarthur B. Monsanto. Those
imported item such as oil purifier upon inspection of internal parts are very crude as well as
the plate & fame, that it will not function without major revision. The undersign have already
commissioned and turned over 3 major projects of AUXIN.
On record the total advances except the imported items is in the amount of P 181,425.96 this
excludes BIR deficiency P 5,923.25/ other penalties and P 20,000.00 dated 8/15/12 covered by
BDO-147051, as well as the cost of 1-unit White Sangyong Muzzo (in M. B. Monsanto position)
in the cost of P 60,000.00 as buying price as agreed by Mr. Cesar T. Duque.
I hope the above matter can be address so proper deduction shall be made not to be charge to the
account of AUXIN.
