Annexure - A
EMPLOYEMENT AGREMENT
1. Your appointment will be at Companys Bangalore Office. During the course of your
training period you may be transferred to any other department/ division anywhere in
India.
2. You will be as a trainee / on Probation in the appointed position for a period of six
months from the date of joining.
3. Your appointment shall continue as a trainee / on Probation till your services are
confirmed in writing by the management.
4. Your employment can be terminated by giving 30 days Clear notice on either side or by
payment in lieu of the notice period. The Company shall, however, have the right to
withhold such payments of salary and allowances and reimbursements in lieu of notice or
any part thereof or any other amount due to you on any account whatsoever until such
time that you have either returned all or any of the properties of the Company or
Associate Companies or given a satisfactory account thereof, and provided further that
the Company shall be entitled to deduct from such salary.
5. Notice Period Clause :The employee or the employer will adhere the below clause as
highlighted in the table given :

6. During Probation it is 7 days of the Notice period. Once you are confirmed employee
your notice period will be 15 days from either side.
7. However, no notice or notice pay will be necessary if your services are terminated after
the management finding that the particulars supplied by you in your misconduct under
rules applicable to you from time to time.
8. You are entitled to all National and Festival holidays as declared by the Company every
year and to such other leave as may be applicable to you from time to time, which
presently are: (after confirmation)
a). Casual leave

b). Sick leave
:
10 days per calendar year
c). Privilege leave
:
12 days per calendar year

Leave cannot be claimed as a matter of right and shall be subject to sanctions/ approvals as may
be required. Accumulation of Privilege leave shall be as per the leave policy applicable from
time to time.
9. Your duty hours / working shifts will be regulated from time to time at the discretion of
the management.
10. You will be required to work such additional hours as May from time to time by
reasonable and necessary for the efficient performance of your assignment.
11. You will be responsible for the safe keeping and return in good condition of order of all
our properties, which may be in your use, custody, care or charge. Management shall
have the right to deduct the money value of such things from your dues and take such
actions, as the management deems proper in the event of your failure to account for them
to our satisfaction.
12. During the employment with the Company you will not undertake any other business,
work or assignment except with the written agreement of the management.
13. Your current and permanent residential address, telephone number and the e-mail address
given in your application for employment shall deemed to be correct for sending any
communication to you.
14. You shall retire from the service of the Company on your attaining the age of 58 years
and you will be required to provide authentic proof of age to the satisfaction of the
Company at the time of reporting duty.
15. If the aforementioned terms and conditions of your employment are acceptable to you,
please attest your signature on the duplicate copy of this order as a token of your
acceptance.

The following are your responsibilities related to management of information security in the
organization. It shall be your duty to comply with the same.

You are required to read and understand the information security policy of the
organization and comply with the same.
You are required in particular to strictly comply with the access control & password
policy of the company in your day-to-day work.
You are required to comply with all norms as per policies and as instructed to you by
your superiors from time to time.
You are required to report any security incident that you observe to your superior or to
the CEO.
You are required to sign a Non-Disclosure agreement, understand the contents of the
same and comply with the terms mentioned.
You will not disclose or discuss your salary details, as given in your revision / Offer /
Appointment Letter with other employees of Suviva Software Solutions, Other than the
Manager of your team.

with as a part of HR Policy of the Company and non-compliance of the above shall lead to
misconduct as mentioned above in clause 7 of your Annexure A.
