Ingredients:

1 green apple diced into small chunks


12 cup of quinoa
1 cup of water
1 vanilla bean pod and seeds
1 cup of almond milk unsweetened
1 tbs toasted almond meal (toast under grill, no oil)
1 tsp of cinnamon (or as much as you desire)
Directions:
1. Thoroughly wash the quinoa in water
2. Place 1 cup of water into a saucepan and bring to boil
3. Place quinoa and vanilla bean pod and seeds into the water. Reduce heat, cover with a
lid and allow quinoa to simmer for 10 mins
4. Turn off the heat. Place the diced apple into the quinoa and mix through gently
5. Cover back up with lid and allow to sit for a further 10 mins
6. Scoop the mix into a bowl, pour almond milk on top and mix thoroughly, sprinkle with
toasted almond meal and cinnamon and Enjoy!
