Welcome to the debate Competition of National Polytechnic English Olympics 2015, round of the
preliminary 1,2,3,4,5/semifinal/final
The motion for this debate is green House and his impact I am jamalddin will be the chairperson and He
is my friend jams will be the timekeeper.
The Government Team is State Polytechnic of Ujung Pandang with

The rules are:

-

No electronic device, s please silent or turn off your mobile phone and other devices.
During the course of speech, every audience is not allowed to talk or to make noises.
For substantive speeches, time keeper will be knock once at first and sixth minute and twice at
seventh minute for 1th until 3rd speaker and will knock once at the first and fourth minute and
twice at fifth minute for Reply speaker, and in this interval every speaker is not allowed to give
POI(Poin of Information).
After seven minutes and twenty seconds the 1st, 2nd, or 3rd speaker has not stopped speaking.
The timekeeper will be knock continuously and any further continuance of the speech will be
penalized, this will be applied for reply speakers after five minutes and twenty second of speech.
Last , time keeper will announce each speakers duration of speech after the speaker has
finished the speech.
