New Home Sales and House Price Index

The housing prices are growing in 2015 at a slower pace than last year.
A strong growth of new housing units sold is forecast for 2015/2016.
US Census releases monthly data New Residential Sales of single-family houses and average prices associated.
The Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA) publishes the House Price Indices (HPI) of housing using home
sales price information from mortgages sold to, or guaranteed by Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac.
The following summary brings in a table data on prices and price indices of housing, and separate data table for new
family housing units sold and pending sale. Projections for the remainder of 2015 and prospects for 2016 are included
