MANAGER INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY

As a part of the IT group the Incumbent will have to support the Performance, Production, Support and Test
Environments. He/ She will have to use his / her analytical and technical skill set to troubleshoot and expected to be
optimizing application availability, functionability and capacity for multiple environments. He / She should be B.E. /
B.Tech (IT) / M.Tech. with minimum 10 yrs. of experience and minimum 03 yrs. of experience at Manager / Middle
Management level. Functional area for this position will be IT & Network Administration, PMI, SAP ERP, Security
Concepts, Troubleshooting Incidents, etc. Person having higher qualification in the relevant field may be preferred.

He / She should have:

1. Experience in IT & Network Administration related for Software, Hardware, Security services implementation
2. Knowledge of Project management methodologies and tools
3. Well versed in ensuring Requirement gathering, Project execution and coordination with minimum scope creep
4. Experience in delivering Security domain and related projects
5. Network Administration including maintaining SoW, Timeline, define deliveries and maintain milestones
6. Manage Implementation and operations related projects for users both internal and external
7. Well versed in reporting and delivery management
8. Exposure to IT & Networking tools and processes including through knowledge on Windows / Linux using various
front end tools (Microsoft SQL server 2008), Oracle SQL 11, Microsoft SharePoint, SAP ERP, etc.
9. Working with peer engineers, architects and teams to complete assigned work in defined timeframe, Good
documentation skills, Provide Tiered support to operations team as required
10. Must be willing to stretch himself / herself for catering to various business needs at critical needs
11. Ability to travel at different offices / places as and when required by other departments
12. Experience in managing security domain implementation projects
13. Experience in delivery management related to Infra projects
14. Ability to engage various internal teams and coordination for resources and project needs

Required Skills:
1. Must have very good knowledge of Microsoft technologies including Server Operating Systems, VLANs, MS
Exchange server administration, DPM, SCOM, SCCM, WSUS, etc.
2. Must have prior experience with managing Active Directory server for user authentication, policy rights
implementation.
3. Must have very good knowledge of anti-malware/ spam control (Microsoft Forefront Endpoint).
4. Good communication skills, with strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
5. Experience with Enterprise storage and Microsoft iSCSI initiator.
6. Experience with virtualization technologies like Citrix Xen Server and Hyper-v.
7. Knowledge of firewall, LAN/WAN connectivity.
8. Good command of English, written and spoken.
9. Documentation Skills.
10. Certification like MCP, MCSE, MCSA, MCITP, ITIL v3.
Preference may be given to the Professionals having experience of working with Govt. Departments / Boards /
