build my company to its greatest potential. Ultimately, I want to develop everyone to be
happy with their careers so the longevity of the staff elongates and reduces the overhead

Professional Experience:
Financial position representing life, disability, long-term care and health insurance. I also
represented mutual funds, fixed and variable annuities. I would use these instruments to
help people realize their financial dreams through financial planning.
-Achieved The Million Dollar Round Table Production in 2003, 2004 and 2005.
-Qualified for company trips 9 out of 10 years.
-Placed 8th out of 85 representatives in production in 2003.
-Lead in production for the RFO 3 separate months qualifying for 3 more RFO trips.
Carpet One, Ft. Wayne, IN 1992-1995
Sales Associate
Retail position working with floor covering to help people design their homes and offices
to the proper specifications.
-Lead the store in production in 1994 setting a store record for sales.
-Proofed floor plans from other associates before they were presented to the client.
Spear headed all business opportunities. Estimated, supervised and followed up on all
business produced, most of which was building piers and decks.
These positions were part time sales positions while I was in college. My responsibilities
were sales and general clean up of the stores.
-Lead the sales floor at Boston Store in production two separate weeks.
-Broke various sales records in multiple stores.
