PROFILE
I have 20+ years of experience within all facets of marketing, design, advertising and brand development. I
was a founding Partner and Creative Director of a full-service advertising and marketing firm for 13 years,
employing 25 people, collecting yearly billings in excess of $6 million and garnering over 70 local, regional
and national awards for our work. I also was a Partner and Creative Director of a contract screen printing
company that handled work for the NCAA and Jostens. For the past 5 years I have worked with a creative
focus on marketing solutions for major brands such as Georgia-Pacific, Clorox, Domino Sugar and major
Midwest retailer, Meijer. I have worked with creative, client and retail teams to create and execute full,
strategic marketing plans and programs, as well as develop brand strategies. I thrive in fast-paced and
collaborative environments where mentoring and learning are co-dependent.

Marketing Manager/Account Supervisor
Vital member of different Traditional and Shopper Marketing teams, handling responsibilities such as: brand
research; creative assessment and deconstruction; creative direction and execution; program coordination
and analysis; program creation; presentation creation; and direct client interaction through phone calls,
emails, face-to-face meetings and client presentations. Trusted to lead a number of special projects for the
executive staff of Acosta, as well as high-profile projects for Meijer, Acosta Corporate and Acosta Marketing
Group.

Co-Founder/Creative Director
Co-Founder and Creative Director of one of the 50 fastest growing and most respected
advertising/marketing/branding agencies in the region, recognized with over 75 industry awards on a local,
regional and national scale. Helped build lasting relationships with clientele and within the community, which
resulted in measurable revenue growth. Responsible for overseeing creative teams, consisting of AEs, writers,
designers, media buyers, interactive personal, print production and event planners, as well as management
of many of our high-end clients that demanded a more hands-on approach.
TM DESIGN
Partner/Creative Director
Partner and Creative Director of a mid-sized screen printing and embroidery business. Clients included local
and regional custom printing, as well as national and international contract printing for the NCAA and
Jostens. Responsible for overseeing creative team of four production artists, two Account Executives, pre-print
production staff, as well as handling traffic and project management for the company.
