Powerful and
High accurate Spindle
Spindle Motor connected directly with highprecision coupling has no backlash, which
enables high accurate and high speed machining
to be possible with high speed acceleration and
deceleration.
Special high-speed coupling adopted for this
model has low vibration and low heat transferring
characteristic and it is possible to high accurate
and high speed machining securely.

The high precision CAM compound enables the machine to have top grade, the
quickest tool change time in its class.
Z-axis(Spindle Head) is separated with ATC, which enables various work-piece to be
accessed conveniently without interference by ATC.

The wide dual table, adopted as standard
equipment, allows a new work-piece to be set up
outside during machining of various work-piece,
enhancing productivity by reducing loading/
unloading time.
Hydraulic rack & pinion was used for the 180
degree rotating table, which was positioned
securely by Curvic coupling.

Rigid Tapping
Optimized spindle structure designed by
advanced technology provides not only high
speed and high accurate rotation, but also
powerful synchronized tapping of high speed
and high accuracy by realizing excellent
acceleration and deceleration time in its class,
and provides a high productivity as well.

Powerful, High Speed


Rotating Table
The wide dual table, adopted as standard
equipment, allows a new work-piece to be set
up outside during machining of various workpiece, enhancing productivity by reducing
loading/unloading time.
Hydraulic unit is standard and it is available
optional rotary joint with 2x2 or 2x4 ports on the
center of pallet which can connect with Hydraulic
or Pneumatic fixture.

Optimization of width and arrangement of each slide to feed smoothly by secure load
distribution.
By adopting LM guide, stick slip from slide way, wear of slide way and the difficulty of
maintenance can be removed and then, accuracy can maintain for a long-term operation.

Bed and Column


Optimal design, build with one piece casting bed, a moving column and a
saddle, are made from the fine grained Meehanite cast iron to absorb the most
of machine vibration during various machining.

Tool clamp device designed to be low
loaded force to spindle bearing made higher
reliability. (Hi-V50D)

The Lubrication unit was adopted as a standard to supply sliding oil automatically and
was located at the one place for better maintenance.
The large capacity coolant tank, 300 liter(79 gallon), is isolated from the machine bed to
prevent the heat transfer and associated thermal distortion to perform high accurate
machining. Spindle thru coolant system is available as an optional feature.
