tannery we are able to manufacture leather in
accordance to the design requirements and
specifications of the customer. We produce an
assortment of leather items, such as bags, novelties,
accessories, and corporate giveaways. We are a one
stop shop that offers leather goods and services.

ORDERING INFORMATION AND POLICIES

MINIMUM ORDER

RETAIL: there is no minimum order, but please contact us for availability of styles.

WHOLESALE: minimum order of 50 pieces per style for small accessories and 20 pieces for bag designs. Material
choice at this minimum wholesale order will be limited to the leather swatches offered in page 38-39. For
higher volume order quantities, customer is given the option to select or request his or her own company color.

After you placed an order, we will send a Performa Invoice with summary of your order and the total amount

DEPOSIT: 50% down upon signed confirmation, 50% upon or prior to delivery of goods

CUSTOM DESIGN
We do custom order, you may order with your own design and logo. We also can assist you with embossed
logo, dust bag and brass logo with your brand.

LEAD TIME AND CAPACITIES:

FOR RETAIL - we have ready stock items. For retail order will take 3-5 working days/bag.
FOR WHOLESALE - 4 to 6 weeks upon signed confirmation and receipt of down payment
Our production capacity for:
cow leather bags 300pcs/month
cow leather wallet 1500pcs/month
Longer production time may occur for special design/sample or larger quantities. We will notify you for any
shorter or longer production time span. The production will start only after the deposit is cleared in our bank
account.

SHIPPING

DOMESTIC: The shipment could be arranged by local couriers or by our company trucks or messengers.
EXPORT: The shipment could be arranged through DHL, UPS, FEDEX. We will inform the receipt/tracking number of your shipment.

ADD-ON CHARGES/ SERVICES

PACKAGING: packaging available separately for a fee (Approximately P5.00 per piece)
LOGO/ OR TEXT: labor for stamp services is inclusive of the selling price, however brass mold/ logo/ metal
stamp will incur additional charges. (Approximately P2,200 for a standard logo size: up to 2-in wide and 1-in in
height)

PAYMENT METHOD

1. By cash, bank transfers.

2. The item must be fully paid before delivery. For order we will need 50% in down payment
3. The balance to be paid immediately prior delivery or COD.

CANCELLING AN ORDER/ REFUND

When the first deposit is made, no cancellation is possible. After packaging, we will send you by email the
balance and shipping cost to pay. Starting from the day we will request the second and final payment, all
orders not paid within 2 weeks will be automatically cancelled without refunds possible.
