Proposal for Tour

Background
A tour is generally planned in advance and has a guide or leader that disperses information about
what you are seeing or doing. A tour is a visit or journey to a place, building, attraction, natural
resources that helps us to be relax of to get knowledge about the places. Basically a tour is
conducted to get fun and entertainment but it helps to get valuable experiences about travel.
Introduction
We students of 8th semester are planning to organize an educational-cum tour to be refreshed
after the study of four year bachelor. As the primary objectives of this tour is to get ultimate fun
with the classmates beside that there are others such as exploring knowledge and become
socialized with the places we will visit.
We students are expecting the approval of this tour from the college management team and
expect that college will provide various precious experiences of tour in order to make out tour
successful.
This tour is conducted as a part of event management which every BBA students should learn as
being a student of management.
Objective of tour
Although there are various objectives of a tour we focus on the following:

To be socialized into a new environment.

Experience the authentic cultural and culinary experiences of each and every destination.
Travel with and befriend like-minded individuals.
Experience the best of your surroundings with informative guides.
Enjoy a string of superb sights which define the chosen destination.
Travel safely with guides familiar with the surroundings.

Days of tour
Our tour consist of major five destination (i.e: Ghandruk, Palpa, lumbini, Nayapul, Pokhara )
which will be visit in five days. This tour will start from 6 th December 2014 (20th mangshir,
2017) driving from Kathmandu and ends on 12th December 2014 (26th mangshir, 2071) driving
back to Kathmandu. This tour consists of 6 days.

Destinations of tour / Tour package

The five destination of our tour will be conducted according to the following package /Out tour
focus on the following destination:
Day 1: Drive to Nayapul
Day 2: Trek to Ghandruk
Day 3: Trek to Nayapul and drive to Pokhara
Day 4: Drive to Palpa
Day 5: Drive to Lumbini
Day 6: Drive to Kathmandu
Number of participations
The numbers of participations are expected to be twenty-one (21) including eighteen (18)
students of 8th semester and three (3) representatives from the college side.
Cost of tour
Cost of this tour is calculated under the following circumstances

The standard of accommodation we use.

The standard of transportation we use.
The standard of services we use.

Support from college

We are expecting following supports from the college
1. College should provide three representative, one lady representative is compulsory.
2. The 25% of the total cost will be provided by the college.
3. In case if college is not able to pay 25% of total cost we are expecting that college will
provide transportation facilities.
4. To approve our tour package.
