(1) Remove all the Material No. 15-002* (STORAGE PRESERVATION) and adhesive tapes.
(2) We recommend that you clean the aircraft externally (Ref. AMM TASK 12-21-11-615-002) .

C. Aircraft Configuration
(1) Install and connect the batteries 2PB1 and 2PB2 and make sure that the charge is correct
(Ref. AMM TASK 24-38-51-400-001) .
(2) Energize the aircraft electrical circuits
(Ref. AMM TASK 24-41-00-861-002) .
(3) On the overhead panel 25 VU, on the CABIN PRESS section:
- release the DITCHING pushbutton switch to open the avionics ventilation skin valves and the
outflow valve.
NOTE: Make sure that the avionics ventilation continues to operate correctly.

(1) Remove all the protective equipment from the engines, the APU and the probes

(5) Install the batteries of:
- the EPSU, if removed (Ref. AMM TASK 33-51-38-400-002)
- the flashlights, if removed and make sure that they operate correctly
- the megaphones, if removed and make sure that they operate correctly.
(6) Fixed automatic Emergency Locator Transmitter (ELT) (if installed)
(a) Make sure that the automatic ELT is installed:
1 Get access to the ceiling panel 261BC (Ref. AMM TASK 25-23-42-000-002) .
2 If the ELT was removed from the aircraft during the storage period:
- Install the automatic ELT (Ref. AMM TASK 25-65-35-400-001) .
3 If the ELT was not removed from the aircraft during the storage period:
- Close the ceiling panel 261BC (Ref. AMM TASK 25-23-42-400-002) .
(b) In the cockpit, on the overhead panel, on the Remote Control Panel (RCP) (111MX):
- Set the ELT switch to TEST/RESET.
(c) Do the BITE test (Ref. AMM TASK 25-65-00-740-001) .
(7) Portable survival Emergency Locator Transmitter (ELT) (if installed)
(a) If the portable ELT has a programming dongle:
1 Install the portable ELT (if removed during the storage period): (Ref. AMM TASK 25-65-32400-001) .
2 Do the BITE test (Ref. AMM TASK 25-65-00-740-002) .
(b) If the portable ELT does not have a programming dongle:
1 Make sure that the portable ELT is in the correct position on its bracket.
2 Make sure that the toggle switch is set to the OFF or to the ARMED position.
NOTE: Refer to the customer's operational procedures for the correct position of the
toggle switch.
(8) Install the wiper blades (Ref. AMM TASK 30-45-53-400-001) and the wiper arms
(Ref. AMM TASK 30-45-52-400-002) , if removed.
(9) Do the reactivation of the rain repellent system (Ref. AMM TASK 30-45-00-440-002) , if installed.
