The Current Bitumen prices for Europe are as follows, Bitumen prices in Netherlands Rotterdam have
decrease by 3 PMT as compared to last week prices & reported in the range of 445 - 455 PMT. In Belgium
Antwerp prices have dipped down by 3 PMT as compared to last week prices & is oscillating in the range of
445 - 455 PMT and in Brussels prices have gone down by 3 PMT as compared to last week prices & priced in
the range of 450 460 PMT. In Germany bitumen prices have remained unchanged as compared to last week
price & reported at 455 470 PMT in Germany North, 455 - 470 PMT in Germany northeast region, 460
475 PMT in Germany south, 455 470 PMT in Germany southwest and 460 475 PMT in Germany west.
Compared to last week prices in France, prices have decrease by 3 5 PMT as compared to last week price &
prices reported as follows: In France north, prices reported in the range of 465 - 485 PMT, in central France
prices reported at 470 - 490 PMT, while in South France prices reported in the range of 480 - 500 PMT. In
UK south, prices have remained unchanged as compared to last week prices & reported at 480 - 500 PMT. In
Italy, prices have remained almost same as compared to last week price & priced in the range of 450 - 470
PMT. In Spain Northeast region and southwest region prices have remained steady as compared to last week
price and is oscillating in the range of 480 - 500 PMT in Spain northeast and 460 - 480 PMT in southwest
region.

In Germany region, North Germany, South Germany & West Germany Bitumen prices have reaming study
since last week price and current prices are oscillating in the range of 455 - 470 PMT in North Germany,
460 - 475 PMT in South Germany and 460 475 PMT in West Germany.
During the period January to February 2013, Germany consumed 69030 MT of Bitumen. The country
consumed 25500 MT in January 2013 and 43530 MT in February. Germany Bitumen consumption has hiked up
by 71% in February 2013, as compared to last month i.e. January 2013 consumption. During the period January
to February 2012, Germany consumed 100279 MT of Bitumen. As per the data analysis by our team, Germany
bitumen consumption has decreased by 31% during Jan to February 2013, as compared to the same period last
year i.e. Jan to February 2012. Germany Bitumen consumption has dipped down by 28% in February 2013, as
compared to same period last year i.e. February 2012.
During the period January to February 2013, Germany imported 15368 MT of Bitumen. The country imported
7604 MT in January 2013 and 7764 MT in February. Germany Bitumen import has increased by 2% in February
2013, as compared to last month i.e. January 2013. During the period January to February 2012, Germany
imported 12715 MT of Bitumen. As per the data analysis by our team, Germany bitumen import has hiked up by
21% during January to February 2013, as compared to the same period last year i.e. January to February 2012.
Germany Bitumen import has decreased by 2% in February 2013, as compared to same period last year i.e.
February 2012.
During the period January to February 2013, Germany exported 73300 MT of Bitumen. The country exported
39804 MT in January 2013 and 33496 MT in February. Germany Bitumen export has decreased by 16% in
February 2013, as compared to last month i.e. January 2013. During the period January to February 2012,
Germany exported 73102 MT of Bitumen. As per the data analysis by our team, Germany bitumen export has
hiked up by 198 MT during January to February 2013, as compared to the same period last year i.e. January to
February 2012. Germany Bitumen export has gone down by 33% in February 2013, as compared to same
period last year i.e. February 2012.

Turkey - Bitumen refiner Tupras published their latest bitumen prices on May 07, 2013. The posted exrefinery price for penetration grades 50/70, 70/100, 100/150 and 160/220 for the Izmit Refinery was 1,105 TL
PMT, for the Izmir Refinery prices for the same grades were 1,087 TL PMT, for the Kirikkale and Batman
Refineries prices for the same grades are 1,132 TL PMT. Prices gone up by 19 TL PMT since the previous posted
prices a month ago.

The Current FOB, CFR & rack Bitumen prices for Asia, Middle East and Africa are as follows: In Iran FOB
Bitumen Bulk current prices reported at USD 490 - 510 PMT, while Iran FOB Bitumen drums current prices
reported in the range of USD 530 - 550 PMT. Bahrain FOB bitumen price have remained steady as compared to

last week price & current price reported at USD 550 PMT. In Thailand FOB bitumen prices have dipped down by
USD 3 PMT as compared to last week price & current prices reported in the range of USD 605 - 615 PMT.
Compared to last week prices of Singapore FOB bitumen bulk price have gone down by USD 2 PMT as compared
to last week price & current prices reported in the range of USD 605 - 615 PMT and Singapore FOB bitumen
drums prices have remained constant as compared to last week price & current prices reported at USD 710
720 PMT. In Japan, FOB bitumen prices have fallen down by USD 7 PMT as compared to last week price &
current prices reported at USD 560 570 PMT. In Taiwan, FOB Bitumen prices have decrease by roughly USD 2
PMT as compared to last week price & current prices reported in the range of USD 605 615 PMT. South Korea
FOB bitumen prices have remained steady as compared to last week price & current prices reported in the range
of USD 580 590 PMT. Vietnam North & South CFR bitumen drums prices have remained constant as compared
to last week price & current prices reported at USD 735 - 760 PMT and USD 735 750 PMT respectively. South
Africa bitumen rack prices have remained steady as compared to last week price & current prices reported in the
range of USD 690 - 710 PMT. In Indonesia bitumen rack prices have remained unchanged as compared to last
week price & current prices reported in the range of USD 655 PMT.
Asia Bitumen Freight rates from Singapore to South China have gone down by USD 1 PMT as compared to
last week rates and are in the range of USD 55 - 58 PMT. Singapore to East China rates have decrease by
roughly USD 1 PMT as compared to last week rates and are hovering in the range of USD 65 71 PMT. While
Thailand to South China freights rates have fallen down by approximately USD 1 PMT as compared to last
week freight rates & are oscillating between USD 55 58 PMT. Freight rates from Thailand to East china have
decrease by USD 1 PMT as compared to last week rates & is hovering around USD 65 70 PMT in the current
week. Taiwan to East china / South China freight rates have remained unchanged as compared to last week
freight rates & are hovering between USD 32 36 PMT. Freight rates from South Korea to East china have
remained steady as compared to last week freight rates & rates are hovering in the range of USD 31 34 PMT.

In Singapore, FOB bulk bitumen current prices down by roughly USD 2 PMT since last week price & priced at
USD 605 615 PMT, while Singapore drums prices remained unchanged since last week price & reported at
USD 710 720 PMT.
During the period January to March 2013, Singapore exported 437221 MT of Bitumen. The country
exported 178788 MT of Bitumen in January 2013, 137799 MT in February and 120634 MT in March 2013. During
the period Jan to March 2012, Singapore exported 388286 MT of Bitumen. As per the data analysis by our team,
export of the country has decreased by 11% during Jan to March 2013, as compared to the same period last
year i.e. Jan to March 2012. Compared to last month i.e. February 2013, export of the country has gone down
by 12% in the month of March 2013. Singapore bitumen export has fallen down by 4% in March 2013, as
compared to same period last year i.e. March 2012.
During the month of March 2013, Singapore exported 120634 MT of Bitumen. The country exported 54437
MT (45%) to China, 24176 MT (20%) to Indonesia, 19157 MT (16%) to Malaysia, 19083 MT (16%) to Australia,
1549 MT (1%) to Vietnam, 1005 MT (1%) to Brunei and 1227 MT (1%) to Other countries.

South Korea produced nearly 380769 MT of Bitumen in the month of March 2013. The country managed
to ship 370289 MT in the said month. South Korea has a good demand for the Bitumen in the country itself; it
has sold 160250 MT in the domestic market and sent only 210039 MT for exports. Inventory level reported at
142589 MT at the end of March 2013.
During the period January to March 2013, South Korea produced 978591 MT of Bitumen. South Korea
productions were 303271 MT of Bitumen in January 2013, 294551 MT in February and 380769 MT in March
2013. During the period Jan to March 2012, South Korea produced 676998 MT of Bitumen. As per the data
analysis by our team, production of the country has gone up by 45% during Jan to March 2013, as compared to
the same period last year i.e. Jan to March 2012. Compared to last month i.e. February 2013, South Korea
production has increased by 29% in the month of March 2013. South Korea production hiked up by 50% in
March 2013, as compared to same period last year i.e. March 2012.
During the period January to March 2013, South Korea Domestic Sale was 366953 MT of Bitumen. South
Korea domestic sales were 84735 MT of Bitumen in January 2013, 121968 MT in February and 160250 MT in
March 2013. During the period Jan to March 2012, South Korea domestic sale was 305599 MT of Bitumen. As
per the data analysis by our team, domestic sale of the country has increased by 20% during Jan to March
2013, as compared to the same period last year i.e. Jan to March 2012. Compared to last month i.e. February
2013, South Korea domestic sale has gone up by 31% in the month of March 2013. South Korea domestic sale
has hiked up by 24% in March 2013, as compared to same period last year i.e. March 2012.

During the period January to March 2013, South Korea exported 635241 MT of Bitumen. South Korea
exported 214282 MT of Bitumen in January 2013, 210920 MT in February and 210039 MT in March 2013. During
the period Jan to March 2012, South Korea exported 351790 MT of Bitumen. As per the data analysis by our
team, export of the country has surged up by 81% during Jan to March 2013, as compared to the same period
last year i.e. Jan to March 2012. Compared to last month i.e. February 2013, South Korea export has decreased
by 881 MT in the month of March 2013. South Korea export has increased by 67% in March 2013, as compared
to same period last year i.e. March 2012.

In Japan, FOB bulk bitumen prices have decrease by USD 7 PMT since last week price and are currently
hovering in the range of USD 560 - 570 PMT. During the period January to March 2013, Japan imported
135301 MT of Bitumen. Japan imported most of its bitumen from countries like 134886 MT (100%) from Korea
and 415 MT from Other countries. during the period January to March 2013, Japan exported 3040 MT of
Bitumen. Japan exported most of its Bitumen to different countries like 3013 MT (99%) to Taiwan and 27 MT
(1%) to Other countries.

In Thailand, FOB bulk bitumen prices have gone down by roughly USD 3 PMT since last week and are
currently in the range of USD 605 615 PMT. During the period January to March 2013, Thailand imported
34472 MT of Bitumen. Thailand imported most of its Bitumen from different countries like 28846 MT (84%) from
Malaysia, 5297 MT (15%) from Singapore, 309 MT (1%) France and 20 MT from Korea. During the period
January to March 2013, Thailand exported 123273 MT of Bitumen. Thailand exported most of its Bitumen to
different countries like 66753 MT (54%) to Australia, 39968 MT (32%) to China, 7737 MT (6%) to Lao Republic,
6164 MT (5%) to Cambodia, 1496 MT (1%) to Vietnam, 1088 MT (1%) to France and 66 MT to Other countries.

Iranian bitumen producers exported 42630 MT of bitumen on the Iran Mercantile Exchange from 01st
May 2013 to 15th May 2013. Arak Pasargad Oil Co. sold 7000 MT of grade 85/100 and 60/70 bitumen on FCAArak and FOB-Bandarabas at an average price of USD 659 769 PMT. Bamgostar zarin shargh sold 270 MT of
grade 60/70 bitumen on Factory warehouse at an average price of USD 660 PMT. Dejpa Company sold 2860 MT
of grade 40/50 bitumen, on Factory warehouse, at an average price of USD 500 PMT. Jay Oil Refining Co. sold
11000 MT of grade 85/100, 60/70 and MC 250 bitumen on EXW-Isfahan, at an average price of USD 635 - 830
PMT. Negin Fakhr Co. sold 3000 MT of grade 60/70 bitumen on Factory warehouse, at an average price of USD
620 PMT. Star Caspian Kavir Co. sold 6000 MT of grade 60/70 & MC 150 bitumen, on Factory warehouse, at an
average price of USD 585 - 840 PMT. Tabriz sold 3000 MT of grade 60/70 & 85/ 100 bitumen, on FCA-Tabriz, at
an average price of USD 638 723 PMT. Tehran Pasargad Oil Co. sold 5000 MT of grade 60/70 &
85/100bitumen on FCA-Tehran and FOB-Bandar Imam Khomeini, at an average price of USD 651 744 PMT.
Iranian bitumen producers sold 75600 MT of bitumen in domestic market on the Iran Mercantile

During the period January to April 2013, India imported 70270 MT of Bitumen. The country imported
10766 MT of bitumen in January 2013, 16445 MT in February, 23538 MT in March and 19597 MT in April 2013.
During the period January to April 2012, India imported 68266 MT of Bitumen. As per the data analysis by our
team, import of the country has increased by 3% during Jan to April 2013, as compared to the same period last
year i.e. Jan to April 2012. Bitumen import of India has dipped down by 17% in April 2013, as compared to last
month i.e. March 2013. Compared to same period last year i.e. April 2012, India Bitumen import has hiked up
by 7% in April 2013.
India imported 19597 MT of Bitumen in the month of April 2013. India imported most of its Bitumen from
different countries like 12806 MT (65%) from UAE, 4621 MT (24%) from Singapore, 1296 MT (7%) from Iran,
400 MT (2%) from Bahrain, 320 MT (2%) from Saudi and 155 MT (1%) from Other countries. India imported
most of the quantity into Kolkata, it unloaded 10300 MT into Kolkata which is almost 53% of the total imports in
the month, 5245 MT (27%) into JNPT, 3593 MT (18%) into Mundra, 459 MT (2%) into Tughlakabad and 1 MT
into Pithampur.
During the month of April 2013, India exported 477 MT of Bitumen. India exported most of its bitumen to
Maldives, Nepal, Nigeria, South Africa and Thailand.
On 16th May 2013, BPCL bitumen prices have increase by Rs.180 - 220 PMT since the last announcement
dated 02nd May 2013. The latest ex refinery bitumen prices inclusive of excise and taxes are as follows: BPCL
bitumen grade VG 40 (Bulk) is Rs.40180 PMT, while bitumen grade VG 30 (Bulk) is Rs.37560 PMT and VG 10
(Bulk) is Rs.36760 PMT. On the other hand BPCL bitumen grade VG 40 (Packed) is Rs.43180 PMT, VG 30
(Packed) is Rs.40560 PMT and bitumen grade VG 10 (Packed) is Rs.39580 PMT.
