Develop and orchestrate strategies to achieve goals for multiple global brands. Drive brand awareness and
sales through mass-market brand expansion. Develop forecasts and projections, and create three-year
Strategic Focus Plans aligned with business objectives, marketing plans, guardrails, category expansion,
and competitive advantages. Conduct marketplace, competitive SWOT, brand margins, market share, sales
performance, and profit/loss analyses. Serve as internal and external brand ambassador, ensuring
seamless execution of design, launch, marketing, and trade event presentations. Manage licensing and slot
and range architecture. Collaborate with Marcom, Consumer Insights, Product Management, and Channel
Marketing. Lead brand presence at Toy Fair, pitch brand to DM and buyers, and develop in-store displays.
Product Brand Launch: Successfully launched Battroborg brand, attaining $22MM in sales.
Brand Management: Direct brand identity across all touch points including product development, POP,
naming, packaging, and display/presentation development.
Brand Enhancement: Develop annual product line plans to grow and enhance established global brands.

Coordinate product design and production and oversee U.S. relaunch of global brand. Coordinate engineering and
development of all die cast vehicles, custom imprint vehicles, and releases.
