REPRESENTATIVE ACCOMPLISHMENTS
Change Management and Communications for Nielsen software:
Assumed leadership position for all change management and communication processes for the
software that provided access to the consumption data to over 500 Sales, Finance and Marketing
users. These efforts allowed all clients ease of trainings, understanding of any details of
deployments of the software and data, and also the ability to work on the reporting and
independent analysis.
Change Management process for upgrades and new releases of Nielsen applications:
Led change management and established technical processes throughout Nielsen software releases
and upgrades. Collaborated with third party groups and internal partners to permit user community
to anticipate upcoming changes. Identified business needs, created change management and
communication process between Nielsen partners and company business groups. Modified
timelines and process structure to accommodate issues and/or changes brought by Nielsen business
partners. Ensured success of annual releases and brought easy transition to the clients with the
minimal interruption to the large business community.
Established Training for the users of Nielsen applications and Consumption data:
Initiated setup of sales and marketing specific training(s) enabling user community with the ability to
use and understand Nielsen applications and data. This effort resulted in savings of $50.000,
increased customer satisfaction, and gained competitive advantage within the industry.
Managed and ensured a successful process of the Summer Intern Training Program for Marketing
and CIS interns. Partnered with HR to establish functional training schedule; initiated involvement
of the business category mentors to participate in the program in order to connect data and
technical training with the understanding of the companys day-to-day business; this effort proved
to be an effective move in establishing positive and motivating environment for all trainees.

Established process for incorporating internal data within Nielsen software:


Established the process to incorporate shipments specific data within the third party software.
Ensured setup of the process, its principals and guidelines. Partnered with multiple third party
businesses to solidify partnership and to make data and the system business adaptable.
Collaborated with internal groups to represent business needs and focus on the process issues to
identify short and long term business goals. As a result Mondelez sales teams have a stable business
process that guarantees data access and accuracy with no cost associated with the business teams.
Established Business Review Model for Marketing Team:
Provided subject matter expertise for the Nielsen applications and Consumption Data during
category initiative to create a unified process. Partnered with the business clients to develop a
process of creating and maintain the model. Functioned as a consultant sharing my knowledge of
Excel and VBA. This effort lead to saving of $27.000 for the Marketing group and timely completion
of the project.
Category Review and Ranking Reporting Models:
Drove the initiative for the sales team to fulfill a need for Category Review reporting by adapting old
category review templates. Eliminated out dated reports, which led to better business decisions for
the categories and faster access to pertinent business information.
Communication process through Share Point Team site:
Created the Share Point Team site as a communication venue. Streamlined support and
communication processes to the large client community; empowered business users by having
access to centralized information.
Big Data Reporting Efforts:
Partnered with IS colleagues to deliver bigger and better data. Shared information and collaborated
across many groups. Led the process of gathering and evaluating what data was already available
within the company, how it could be used to benefit others, and what technical capabilities
Mondelez could employ to achieve maximum success. Provided subject matter expertise to ensure
