Assessed business and change management needs, defined requirements, analyzed alternatives,
implemented solutions and created standard processes.
REPRESENTATIVE ACCOMPLISHMENTS
Change Management and Communications for Nielsen software:
Assumed leadership position for all change management and communication processes for the
software that provided access to the consumption data to over 500 Sales, Finance and Marketing
users. These efforts allowed all clients ease of trainings, understanding of any details of
deployments of the software and data, and also the ability to work on the reporting and
independent analysis.
Change Management process for upgrades and new releases of Nielsen applications:
Led change management and established technical processes throughout Nielsen software releases
and upgrades. Collaborated with third party groups and internal partners to permit user community
to anticipate upcoming changes. Identified business needs, created change management and
communication process between Nielsen partners and company business groups. Modified
timelines and process structure to accommodate issues and/or changes brought by Nielsen business
partners. Ensured success of annual releases and brought easy transition to the clients with the
minimal interruption to the large business community.
Established Training for the users of Nielsen applications and Consumption data:
Initiated setup of sales and marketing specific training(s) enabling user community with the ability to
use and understand Nielsen applications and data. This effort resulted in savings of $50.000,
increased customer satisfaction, and gained competitive advantage within the industry.
Managed and ensured a successful process of the Summer Intern Training Program for Marketing
and CIS interns. Partnered with HR to establish functional training schedule; initiated involvement
of the business category mentors to participate in the program in order to connect data and
technical training with the understanding of the companys day-to-day business; this effort proved
to be an effective move in establishing positive and motivating environment for all trainees.
