Deposit
The deposit is returnable at the end of the tenancy, less 80.00 (plus VAT) for inventory
check providing the tenants responsibilities have been fully obligated.
The above amounts must be received in cleared funds prior to taking possession of
the property i.e. cash, bankers draft, credit card +2% or debit card. If paying by
cheque, this must be received 7 working days before keys can be released.
