3 Replacement of Main Parts 3 Replacement of Main Parts
Following table describes the necessary adjustment after the replacement of each parts.
Revised 2
To prevent static damage, discharge static electricity from your body before you touch any of
electronic components. You can do so by touching an unpainted metal surface on the chassis.
You can also take the following steps to prevent damage from electrostatic discharge (ESD):
When unpacking a static-sensitive component from its shipping carton, do not remove the
component from the antistatic packing material until you are ready to install the component to
the machine. Just before unwrapping the antistatic packaging, be sure to discharge static
electricity from your body.
Handle all sensitive components in a static-safe area. If possible, use antistatic floor pads and
workbench pads.

LIMIT SW Position Initialize is a function to write the distance between the lower left corner of the
TABLE and the Y LIMIT SW inside the EEROM. CS-20 will detect the area of the TABLE by this
distance. Therefore, in case this initialization is not done properly, there will be a problem that it starts
cutting outside the area of the TABLE.
