This letter is to confirm that your registration for the IELTS Test to be held in February has been
accepted.

Candid ates are responsib le for reading the docum ent NO TICE TO IELTS CA NDIDA TES before the
exam ination period.
Personal belo ngings (books, m obile pho nes, bags, etc.) are not perm itted inside the exam ination room
(Speaking test and W ritten test).
The use of m obile phones m ay disqualify the candidate.
Food and beverages are not allowed in the exam room s, only water in a transparent plastic bottle.
Candid ates who arrive late or are not present in the tim e and date that appear in their Tim etable will
m iss the Test. Exam s are not rescheduled.

SPEA KING INTERVIEW :

Date, place and tim e of exam ination w ill be confirm ed by em ail on Friday 20 February 2015 (p.m .).
In case the candidate has not received the em ail i t is their responsibility to contact the area by
em ail in order to ask for the date and tim e of their exam,
Candid ates m ust reply to the em ail confirm ing reception.
Candid ates m ust arrive 10 m inutes prior to the start of the Speak ing Interview, bring ing a long the
docum ent with which they registered .
After the test, candidates m ust leave the prem ises without speaking to other candidate s.

W RITTEN EX AM :

The written exam w ill be h eld o n Saturday 28 Fe bruary 2015. Plac e and tim e of exam ination will b e
confirm ed by em ail on Friday 20 February 2015.
Bring DNI or valid Passport (the sam e docum ent used for registration ).
Candid ateswill have to wait for the supervisors authorization to enter the exam room .
Exam duration: 3 hours approxim ately. No breaks.

RES ULTS:

Results can be collected on Friday 13 M arch 2015 by cand idates them selves or a person authorized by
them , person who should carry a letter signed by the candidate and a copy of their DNI, from 8.30 a.m.
to 12.30 p.m . and from 2.00 p.m. to 4.30 p.m. at Arequipa Ave. 3445 San Isidro.
Candid ates receive one (01) Test Rep ort Form (TRF), oficial docum ent that shows the candidate s overall
perform ance (overall band), as well as the perform ance in each of the com ponents of the T est . The
IELTS TM Test is valid for 2 years.
Results (TRFs) will be sent, free of charge, to a m axim um of 05 institutions (em bassies, universities, etc.) at
the candidates d iscretion through S ERPO ST. Candidates should request this by em ail during the first
m onth after taking the exam . Afterwards it will have a cost of S/ 40.00 .
If candidates wish IELTS results to be sent by courier they will have to pay the adm inistrative fee.
Candid ates are advised to keep their IELTS Test Report Form , as they will only receiv e one copy.

O nce the candidate is registered, no refunds will be accepted.

If the candidate is unhappy with his results he can apply for a re-m ark. Ask for the procedure by em ail.
