SHAKTIPUNJ ENGINEERS PVT. LTD (SEPL) is a company registered under the Companies Act, 1956 incorporated in 01.06.2004.
The Company is headed by Mr. R.P. Sinha as its Director who as a power engineer is
having more than 40 years of experience in this field. He has worked in senior positions at both public as well as private companies like HEC, NTPC, TATA, JINDAL STEEL
& POWER LIMITED & MONNET POWER LTD.
As in charge of the power plant he has gained immense experience of design, engineering, project monitoring, testing & commissioning and then operation & maintenance of various sizes units from concept to commissioning.
His experience in Design, Engineering, Erection, Testing, Commissioning & then Operation & Maintenance of Power Plant is well recognized. His contribution in enhancement of steam generation from waste heat recovery boiler (WHRB) is well
known. Mr. R.P. Sinha has visited many Power Plants in India & Abroad.
The Company is technically sound, professionally managed & motivated to take
challenging assignments. The SEPLs core competence lies in completing power
plant assignment from concept to commissioning within stipulated schedule.
ShaktiPunj Engineers ever since its incorporation has a strong attitude in providing
sound technical services to its esteem clients. Therefore, the company has selected
people from various discipline of power industry to carter the need of its customers.
The present work force with SEPL has personnel's from both private & public sector.
The General Managers appointed has worked in both private & public sector in
high positions. They had the responsibility of Erection, Testing, Commissioning, Operation and Maintenance of Mega Power Plants (ranging from 60MW to 1500MW).
They have hand on experience on Power Plant Erection/Operation and Maintenance.
Mr. R.P. Sinha, Director of the company has rich experience of Erection/Operation
& Maintenance of 1000-1500 MW Super Thermal Power Plants of NTPC.
Mr. S.K. Deshpande, G.M. of the company has rich experience of Erection/
Operation & Maintenance of both Mega & Medium Power Plants ranging from
5MW to 250MW.
Mr. B. Banerjee, G.M. of the company has rich experience of Operation & maintenance of Power Plant of SAIL.
Mr. R.M. Kumar, G.M. of the Company has rich experience in the field of operation
& maintenance of various capacities of Power Plant. And Steel Plant. He has vivid
exposure in design & Engineering of Power Plants of various capacities.
Besides these Expert Engineers the Company also has Senior Managers having vivid
experience of both steel & power plant in private sector. These energetic young
engineers put their sincere efforts to design & engineer a good & operation friendly
plant. The company also has a team of good back office assistants trying to keep
pace with their senior to provide quick response.
SEPL has a decent office in the Capital city of Chhattisgarh i.e. in Raipur having
carpet area of 4000ft. ShaktiPunj has provided technical & project management
services to many power plants which are running successfully at their rated capacity.

headed by Mr. K.S. ARORA engaged in providing services for setting up Thermal
Power Plant. The company gives services starting from selection of suitable site and
its approval from all Statutory Departments. Also renders' services for transmission of
power from Power Plant to Trading Companies. PECPL and SHAKTIPUNJ ENGINEERS
are working jointly in various power projects.
M/S RSP STRUCTURAL CONSULTANTS is a reputed Civil & Structural Designing firm
headed by Mr. S. SELVAMANI. The firm provides its services in the field of Civil, Steel
