TENDER CALL NOTICE

Sealed tenders are invited from Reputed Manufacturers/ Authorized
dealers for: Supply, Installation & Testing and commissioning of P.A. system,
Tower AC & water cooler cum purifier for IHM & different Panthanivas of OTDC
Ltd. The details of tender documents can be had from our Web site:
www.panthanivas.com from 30.04.2015. The tender paper will be received up
to 3 P.M of 07.05.2015 at OTDC. Head office by Speed Post/ Regd. Post.
O.T.D.C. Ltd. will not be held responsible for postal delay. The Tender will be
opened on the same day at 4.00PM in presence of the tenderers or their
authorized agents.
The Authority reserves the right to reject any or all the tenders
without assigning any reason thereof.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1.

Non refundable participation fees of Rs.1000.00+4%VAT and EMD

amount Rs. 5000.00 in shape of Demand Draft in favour of Managing
Director, OTDC Ltd. are to be enclosed with the tender documents
failing which the tender will be summarily rejected.

2.

The

bidder

must

be

manufacturer/

OEM

Authorized

dealer/Distributor of above electrical gadgets. The attested Xerox copy

of the same will have to be enclosed in Tender Paper. Attested copies
of quality certificates from ISO or any other body must also be
enclosed.
3.

The bidder must have permanent account number with Income Tax
Dept. and must have valid VAT registration certificate & TIN No. each
participating bidder must produce attested Xerox copies of such
documents along with the Tender paper.

4.

The tenderer may obtain a set of tender documents from Internet (our
web site: www.panthanivas.com)

5.

The authority reserves the right to reject any or all tenders received
without assigning any reason thereof.

6.

For the purpose of jurisdiction in the event of dispute if any contract

should be deemed to have entered into within the State of Orissa and
it is agreed that, neither party to the contractor nor the agreement will
be competent to bring a suit in regard to the matters covered by the
contractor at any place outside the State of Orissa.

7.

Price and conditions of offer should remain valid for a period of one
year from date of acceptance of the tender. The validity can be
extended on mutual consent.

8.

Warranty: The warrantee period for the gadgets must be produced

along with the offer. The supplier shall rectify any defect, or replace
the system if required during the period of warranty without any extra
cost. The original guarantee certificate of the manufacture shall be
submitted along with the bill.

9.

Payment: Payment will be made after successful installation of the

gadgets at respective Places as per order.

10.

The service center of the product should be available at Bhubaneswar

and Cuttack of Odisha.

11.

The rate should be including all taxes, Transportation erection etc

Complete and extra condition is not acceptable.
