why heavy prosecution is always a federal mandate when investigating child abuse and
elder abuse and abuse of those with disabilities.

There is always someone opening mail I left out for her to find and there is always money when I write
a will and tell and there is always someone who thinks I don't know about my father's real will and
trust. Never trust your lying cheating wife with your will and be sure to leave her a huge double
indemnity in case she gets it done so some day an audit might occur from someone who cared a lot.

Petitioner was ordered to finish divorce with Shane Beyer and I was, then told I exposed my children to
domestic violence after CPS court ordered me to supervise the visitations. Then CPS stole my money
from me and accused me of not having enough money to care for my children. After concealing my
real properties in Mill City as per my Credit report and court documentations I found almost all of what
DHS stole from me to get the Pacific Power transmission site to develop more properties and attatch
the surrounding lots again to equate to 5 plus acres in order to grow trees to reforest the forest
illegally chopped down by the local timber company.
This was against the rules when I purchased the property and there was indigenous growth behind the
property to not be bothered.
Who forgot to argue about exhibit 13, which clearling stated before Carla Frech Phil Wiseman, Todd
McCann DHS person and myself to not retaliate against me in the event I decided to file a law suite
and I was filing a law Suite and had a right to sue letter. Why would Carla French have me surrounded
by her clients, if she wasn't worried about being the main one who got sued. Judge Abernathy Stayed
away until I needed to filed the SB 623 new law to get kids and I can't. Because she is or was sitting
judge or residing judge. These are clear facts found in my divorce case forged and concealed in parts
and the child support orders with me down twice as mother and mother then we go to the attorney's
