CHAPTER VI
IMPLEMENTATION PLAN
Implementation Plan
In this chapter, the implementation plan describes how the information system
will be deployed, installed and transitioned into an operational system. This developed
system or website was implemented once approved.

Deliverable Items

The group decided to remake some revisions on how the user will take
quizzes.

The users can be viewed under maintenance by admin

To make other resources such as video tutorials to be able the user to cope
with each lesson.

Milestone Description
The following milestones or checkpoints marked the completion of some phase
of project implementation. This includes but, unlimited to;

Outline requirements: In this point, the proponents studied existing

technology and analyzed in detailed the system requirements.

Develop prototype: From the system or website requirements specified on

the above points, the overall project flow as well as the content has been
conceptualized.

62

Evaluate prototype: On the develop prototype, the overall system flow and
content/design has been evaluated.

Develop Software:

Right after the planning and after evaluation of

prototype has passed; it was designed and developed according to the

scope and functions stated. Integrating and normalizing of database as
well as optimization is being developed. As well as the structure of
programs inside the website to improve the websites loading time.

Validate System: Right after the website was developed it was tested first
by conducting alpha testing. The bugs and errors surrounding the
software, as well as to determine the functionality of the system. Errors
and some bugs were corrected during this point. On the second phase of
testing (white box testing), the researchers allowed gamers to use ad play
with game to come up with some suggestions from the gamers and
players. The suggestion and reaction was then carried over and noted,
and finally, the software was evaluated with the number of respondents
(users and IT experts) using the PhilWeb Awards software quality criteria
to determine the level of content, design, usability, functionality of the
system.

63

Delivered Software: Since the software was already evaluated, it was

already done through series of intensive testing. The website can now be
used and is already set for implementation and deployment.
