Abstract- Since its invention, the BJT transistor have
revolutionized electronics thanks to the wide range of applications
that can be done with them, applications that range from amplifiers
design to the design of digital logic and memory circuits. Although
now a day it is being replaced by the MOSFET transistor, who is
now considered the most widely use electronic device, BJT
technology remains significant in certain applications, like in high
frequency circuits or automotive technology. The main objective of
the following paper is to be introduced to the basic current-voltage
characteristics of BJT transistor, as well as, to its basic parameters
and operation regions. Also it will be analysed some basic biasing
configurations, that will later lead to design of amplifications
circuits with BJTs. Finally it will be analysed which of the biasing
configurations it is more stable to temperature changes.

ANALISIS
Procedimiento 1:
