Halo reserves the right to change these terms at any time and to communicate
the changes to entrants by updating these terms on this website
The giveaway is open to mainland UK residents excluding employees of Halo or
any other organisation linked to the giveaway in any way
Only one entry per household will be entered into the giveaway
Halo is inviting users to enter a giveaway on Facebook or Twitter for the chance to
win a goodie bag prize
To enter, entrants must send in a picture of their festival essentials
Those who comment with the correct answer will entered into a prize draw
One winner will be chosen at random from the prize draw to receive a Halo goodie
bag
The prize must be dispatched to a UK postal address
The prize is non-negotiable and no cash alternative will be offered
The giveaway will run until midnight on Sunday 21st June
Any entries submitted after the specified closing time and date will not be eligible
Incomplete or duplicate entries will not be eligible
All entries are subject to approval by Halo. Halo reserves the right to reject any
entries and remove posts without reason or prior notice
Halo will reject entries which are (but not limited to) offensive, abusive,
misleading, unethical, discriminating, defaming or pornographic in nature and
such posts will not be entered into the Giveaway. Halos decision is final and no
discussion will be entered into concerning the outcome
The winning entries will be selected at random by an independent party
appointed by Halo. The result of this is final and no discussion will be entered into
concerning the outcome
The winners will be contacted via social media on no later than 2 working days
after the Giveaway closing date
The winner will have 5 working days to respond and accept the prize. If there is no
response by this time, Halo reserves the right to select an alternative winner
The winner will receive their prize within 30 days of responding and accepting it
Entrants consent to participate in any publicity generated as a result of the
Giveaway on entry
By entering this Giveaway, entrants acknowledge that:

Halo accepts no liability for any harm, damage or loss caused to prizes, (whether
in contract, tort or statutory duty or otherwise) arising out of or in connection with
the Giveaway (as far as possible under applicable law)

24 Entrants must not engage in or be connected with any conduct that may bring
Halo or its products into disrepute
25 Halo will not accept responsibility for any late, lost, damaged, incomplete or
fraudulent entries, entries lost through technical fault or for technical problems
with the site. Proof of entry is not automatically proof of receipt
26 These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance
with the laws of England and Wales
27 By entering the Giveaway, the entrant agrees and is bound by the terms and
conditions outlined above
