Description:
SP Uploader migration tools [i.e. both the client and service] which are being developed to
facilitate the migration of Microns Documentum environment to SharePoint 2013. SP
Uploader is a tool that allows uploading documents into the SharePoint environment from a file
share. SP Uploader consists of two components.
Web service: This runs on the SharePoint server. Web service on the SharePoint server uploads
the documents and sets attributes (i.e.Metata) etc. through SharePoint server-side object model.
Web service client: This runs on the same server or a trusted domain.
The web service client will consume the content files along with the metadata attributes from
the file location and calls the service to upload (or) create the documents with respect to
corresponding metadata.

Description:
The purpose of this application is to provide access to a historical archive of Human Resources and Payroll documents.
Users access the historical archive of documents via a web-based SharePoint application. Users are provided search
capabilities for easy access to the documents. This SharePoint site has 2 main features. The ability of application is to
search the archive for existing HR Payroll documents as well as to upload new documents. The site is organized into
several categories of data like Compensation, Learning, Payroll, Leave management etc. Users are granted access to one
of more of these categories based on their organizational role and duties. This further drives what document types a user
will have access to search and upload. It should be noted that the site does not permit the deletion of documents. If a
newer version of a document is created or becomes available, the file should be saved with its own information.
Therefore, multiple versions of the same file could exist in the repository.

interface and layout catering to different types of end users.
Candidates Post resume to the consultancy - A generic resume form is made
available on the site for the candidate to post his/her resume. Provision for
attachment of a pre-formatted file is also present.
Browse Job openings A search engine web part was developed to handle the browsing the jobs
already posted in the system. The site has a provision to apply online for any particular searched job or
can apply for a job through posting their resume.
A workflow to route the jobs applied to the consultant manager attached to the particular industry has
been created using SharePoint designer.
Corporate
A page has been provided for corporate who need to recruit new candidates. A list is created to handle
the enquiries specific to the industry and a workflow to send a mailer to the appropriate consultant
manager is also built using SharePoint designer.

Consultants handling corporate requirements are generally admin users and they have been provided
access to the jobs pertaining to their industry and they are create the list of jobs for their industry based

date. Exchange Rates are recorded on a monthly basis for a set of currencies. A
Group proposal is a group booking proposal created by Group Sales Team to
create multiple flight schedules or bookings for a group customer. The Group Sales
Team manages the proposals by region and teams within a region. Proposal and
booking details are stored in a database. The referring agent page displays allows
a user to browse, create and update referring agent details. GroupCurrency page
for managing the fields associated for each country.
