LEVOLOR FABRIC --- Eclipse Fabric 100% Polyester , Pu coating on both sides. Light
Transmission 0%, Thickness 0.40mm( +/ - 5%) , with Weight 450 g/m2(+/- 10%).
HEAD RAIL:Head rail is of 25 mm high and 50 mm wide extruded High Strength Aluminum Alloy Section .
The section is anodized for preventing oxidation and has the provision of fabric valance matching
with louvers fabric.
END CONTROL UNIT ( REDUCTION GEAR BOX) :End control unit is a state of art reduction gearbox having the reduction ratio of 3:5:1 for a very
smooth operation of the blind . The unit consists of a planetary gear in the outer housing, 4 small
transmission gears fitted in the middle assembly and an end receiving gear attached to central
sprocket unit.
TILTER CHAIN :It is made of 4.5mm plastic beads moulded on 2.2mm thick polyester cord. The pitch of the beads
is 6mm. The chain drives the sprocket fixed in the end control unit to rotate the louvers by 180
degrees .The pitch of the chain corresponds to the sprocket in the perfect match for trouble free
operation . It is provided in Light gery, beige and white colors in nearest matching shade of blind .

TILT ROD :It is made of Extruded high strength aluminum alloy having 3 keyways. The Tilt rod is fixed in the
end control unit and drives the carrier gear mechanism to rotate the louvers .The average

CARRIER:This is a moulded component having anti- friction additive. It consists of polymer housing with
wheels mounted on sides and has a gear and worm mechanism with vertical worm fixed with a
tongued polycarbonate stem to hold the louvers. The worm and gear mechanism is driven by tilt
rod fixed to end control unit to rotate louvers by 180 degrees. The mounted wheels on sides of
casing move on rails of head rail section for resistance free stacking of louvers.
SPACER: This is made for moulded Derlin having anti-friction addictive. It helps in proper spacing of the
runners and ensures overlapping of louvers for perfect light control. It is available in various sizes
depending on the louver width.
INSTALLATION BRACKET;This consists of galvanized steel "I" bracket of thickness 3mm , which is fitted with pressure clip ,
made of spring steel to hold the head rail.
CORD WEIGHT :This id made od ABS material hollow casing with a steel weight inside .
CORD:It is 2.2mm in diameter , Braided high strength polyester fibre cord for maximum abrasion
resistance and minimum clongation . It is provided in light grey, beige, and white colors in nearest
matching shade of blind.
BOTTOM MECHANISM:The purpose of this is to keep the louver straight and prevent them from swinging . They are
available in 2 mechanisms 1- Bottom weight is made up of plastic and available in 100mm and
89mm with special chain made up of 2mm dia.

Plastic beads moulded on polyester cord . 2- Bottom weight is powder coated galvanized steel
strip of 1.7 mm thickness .Available in 125,100,89,50mm width. Bottom weight is fixed with clips
attached at equal distance on polyester cord having 2mm dia with moulded plastic beads on it .
