Stage 1: Committing to work on an Assignment

1. Please confirm the assignment as soon as you can after receipt time. It will be helpful if you can
reply immediately if you need some time like say an hour or so for reading the assignment or you
are on other work. But do reply immediately acknowledging the receipt of the assignment and
your likely time for confirming.
The sooner you confirm, the higher the chances of retaining the student, else he will find other
providers and we/you lose that order.
2. When you confirm the assignment please ensure the following things

Completely understand the requirements/questions

Data and information provided are sufficient to answer the said assignment
Are comfortable with all the questions given if multiple questions are there. If you
are not too familiar with a few questions, reply to Experts Mind ASSIGNMENT TEAM
OR THE OPERATORS team marking out those questions that you need extra
information or cannot answer.
Timeline given check whether you can complete it within the given timeline before
confirming or you would need extra time. If you need extra time, mention that
immediately to Expertsmind Team so they can let you know if student is willing to
wait. Usually student will not.
When timeline is not given by Expertsmind Team in the email with assignment, you
are required to let us know the earliest you can complete. This will help Expertsmind
to go back to the student, inform and close the deal and confirm the assignment to
you.
Please do not take up assignments that you are not 100% comfortable as that will
result in a disatisfied student and spoil your vendor quality rating.
In all cases, conformation or rejection you need to send in an email on same. Do
mention reasons for rejection which will help for future reference.
Be prepared to rework on the assignment if there is any question/clarification raised
by the student after receiving the solution.

Stage2: Confirmation to Start (wait for Go Ahead email)

Once you confirm any assignment, our operation team follows up client to confirm payment, so
please do not start any work till confirmation of email from our team. Once we get your email of
confirmation, we will send email with Go ahead and you need to start working only then.

Stage 3: Processing a Assignment

1. Allocate your time schedule accordingly so that you will submit the solution on time
2. The methodologies implemented, data used, examples and illustrations quoted and sources and
resources should be of US since all our clients are from US unless we specifically mention or the
assignment itself requires you to work on data outside of US.
If customer is from UK or Singapore, we will let you know.
3. In case if Internet has to be referred for the assignments make sure that you provide proper
reference (i.e.) the exact URL from where you got the information and the content should also be
reorganized in your own language (English).
Any other books and articles referred have to be cited with full details where used.
Wikipedia should not be used as a reference.
Students run a Turnitincheck tool after receiving your assignment. This helps us and you identify
how much of the content in the solution matches exactly with publicly available sources. In case
where the match is more than 5%, we send you back the assignment so that you can make changes
accordingly. If possible we will provide you the report for the copied items.
Stage 4: Submission of Assignment
1. All solutions are to be neatly typed either in word document or excel sheet or any other software
applicable to the particular assignment. Black color font should be used as unique and special
formats like Bold; Italics can be used for differentiation. Red color should not be used.
2. The solution file should contain only the questions and answers and no other information.
3. Any Problems solved should be accompanied with necessary explanations even if it is a multiple
choice or True/False as your work will be the self study guide for the students.
4. If there are any specific messages or special instructions to be conveyed to the student regarding the
solution, it has to be given in the body of the email while sending the solution to Executive Email

message alone to student along with Solution.

5. If for any reason, you foresee that your assignment solution will be taking more time than
committed or you are not able to solve the problem, you should intimate that in the email and by
phone at the earliest to Expertsmind coordinators.
Payment Structure:
1. The details of every assignment you are working on will be recorded in a template and it will be
collectively paid in one shot for all assignments that have been accepted by student.
2. You will be sent a template to fill in the informations of all the assignment you delivered that
month and we will cross check it with our data and finally release the payment. So please maintain
the records at your end on assignments worked.
3. The accounting period for the payment will be 1st of every month to 30th of the same month and
the payment will be deposited in your account by 7th to 10th of every month.
4. You can get payments in any nominee name provided they should have their own PAN card.
5. We do 10 % TDS deduction on every month payment, if you exceed payment above 30,000 INR.
Other tax related information will be sent by Experts mind accounting team timely.

1. Payment will not be credited for assignments done but having quality issues leading to a refund to
student at our end. We will inform you of all such cases.
2. Delayed Solution will also leads to Cancellation of Payments.
3. Multiple issues with quality or delay of solution will jeopardize your working with us.
4. Once committed for doing an assignment, we would like you to honor that commitment whatever
may be the issues at your end. Backing out from working on a committed assignment without any
strong reason will force us to penalize from payments due to you.
