Description:
This software used in the Hotel Industry based on Customer
Relationship Management.

It is mainly used for Reservation and Hospitality

management. In this Guest Tracker the guest can reserve the room on priority

basis or thru walk-in. The details of the guest are maintained and the rates are
calculated according to the type of the rooms and according to the no. of nights.
Hotel Management software is aimed at computerizing the activities involved in a
Hotel. The prime activities figured out in hotels include checkin and checkout of
customers, room reservation management of restaurant details and other services
consumed by the customer and housekeeping activities. Administrator has the full
control of the application. Administrator can give the access permission to new
user based on user activity. Through this software the Hotel administration can
manage their loyalty programs in an effective way.
