and she is more like a nice little ship instead of a pleasure craft yacht. The owner has been a
boat owner for over 40 years and have a past together with the boat industry in Sweden and the
Government Department of Pleasure Boats in Sweden so he has all the channels to get answers
to your questions so I will have him write an answer to you.
The Fleming boat is built of good quality plastic work, but because the owner was much more
demanding with Swedish craftsmanship in his mind he decided to rebuilt and widening the
boat 2007-2008 and has then put in many more updates and money to see the final yacht to
fit his demands and dreams. A lot of electrical updates and technical, changing houses and
twin clamps, moving battery's out of engine room main switch board and so on, railing standard
height, engine room isolation, power supply system which is now more modern, replace the
electrical heating with diesel heating and an air heat pump, a more environment friendly
generator, better comfort cushions and so on.
After all work was made she was inspected and certificated to match EU safety environment
demand of 2011 (CE).
Between 2007-2014 all systems have had some kind of inspection, service and/or update done
to them The software for the navigation, Nobeltec, has been updated and the computer and
screen has been replaced. As the system has its origin from USA, it includes maps over east
coast of USA. And furthermore, as Im an intercessor for twin system in boats, it was added a
Lowrance Golbal Map 9000. All systems are working very well and they are of good quality and
are very reliable i.e. radar, echo sounder, GPS and so on.
The cooling / heating units available today is a heat pump. It is therefore 1.7-2.2 kW , leaving 5
kW heating or cooling. This should be mentioned that there are also a Phoenix Multi control at
16A governing power between batteries - generator - Higher Voltage Power system that balance.
The system when it was bought was "top of the line" . With the equipment available in the boat
today, and Owner have never experienced any shortage of electric power, everything works
perfectly according to Swedish higher standards. Owner has a remote controlled system so he
can stand on the docks and dock the boat instead of sitting inside, for better view in crowded
marinas.
Regarding the increasing weight after rebuilding the yacht to wide body:
Aft wall ( before ) is moved 1.5 m aft . This means that the floor and the sides of the
auditorium extended. The importance of these surfaces is about 275-325 Kg . The boat is
designed for two generators that are at the same position in the boat. These two generators are
of the older type , and weighs almost certainly more than " extension " + " bef generator" + "
another generator." Pandan weighs 164 Kg.
Swimming platform weighing about 200 kg. When this is further from the boat's center of
gravity , this is discussed . However, owner have not noted any inconvenience or noticed that
the original water line has changed. Given the boat's height displacement, owner expect it to
not have had any effect from rebuilding. However the swimming platform can be dismantled if
wanted. On the motors are 24V Volt systems.

The owner is very proud over his Fleming and surely believe that her upcoming owner will be
too.
